The product I ordered was defective, it kept shutting off after 2 hours of use, but iTechDeals responded to my inquiry almost immediately with return label and instructions and issued my full refund within 1 day of their receipt of the product back. For this reason I will purchase from them again, hoping the defective product was just one of those things. Thank you!
This site considers permanent damage as non-defective. I ordered a Refurbished Chromebook that has dark spots all through the center of the screen. The marks are on the underside of the screen and can't be cleaned off. They expect me to pay for shipping it back. They also won't send me the 2 year warranty I paid for. Horrible Customer Service.
ITechDeals sent me an email on an excellent price on a HP Chromebook G3. So I ordered 3 of these. Nowhere on the site does it say these were refurbished and blimished. They came from a school with an engraved 4" stamp on the top side of these computers. All three were scratched beyond belief. On one of the computers the top screen was chipped. I actually had to go back and forth with customer care a few times and send pics. They told me I could return them for a 12 dollar restock fee and I not only had to pay to ship them back but they must receive it back within 14 days. Just be forewarned, the picture they show you may not be what you are receiving. Not even close. Stay away from these guys.
When out paypal payment was made it changed our mailing address. The support people at iTech went in and made the correction after several days had elapsed and the product was in shipping. When this has happened in the past with other companies the typical response has been, "When the product is returned to us we will resend it to the new address." At iTech the support people went the extra mile to make sure they corrected things up front.
Everything that I have purchased from your company has been in wonderful shape and I would recommend your products to anyone

Horrible! Ordered their tech mystery box and got items that you can buy at the $1.00 store. One item that was sent was preowned and doesn't work! I asked them for a shipping label to return and was told no. Just being dissatisfied with my purchase is not reason enough to return. I was corresponding with someone named Amy, who was rude and condescending. I haven't shopped at any place online that doesn't have a customer satisfaction guarantee. In fact, she claimed if it was defective they would allow a return. As stated, one item was used; it was a wireless meat thermometer! I wasn't about to use this on something I'm cooking; I don't know where it's been, but I did see fingerprints all over it! All I wanted to do was return their stuff with their shipping label. Would've probably bought from them again, not anymore after this experience!
Everyone makes mistakes. We all get a defective or wrong order from time to time. I just got one from iTech. We emailed them - they offered to replace the item (unfortunately we just couldn't wait and had already bought one locally) so they processed the return and got our refund credited quickly and with little drama.
When the first shipment was lost, they promptly sent a replacement. One of the items was defective and that one was promptly ordered for replacement.
Ordered a Baytek doorbell that wouldn't work with my wifi. Emailed iTech and told them my situation. They told me to return the item and I was refunded the full purchase amount. They kept me posted during the process, so I was never in the dark. Went above and beyond for me. Thanks iTech Deals!

I ordered an Apple Watch that would not charge or work. When I attached it to the charger it got so hot it was a fire hazard. I also ordered wireless Jabra head set that would not turn on. It took me several weeks to get the customer service to send me a return form to send both products back. I have received a refund on the headphones but even though they say they are refunding my money for the Apple Watch I have not received a refund on it. I will NEVER order another thing from itech again.

I made a mistake on my order and they allowed me to correct it with no poblems.
Great company as I bought an Apple watch from them and it seemed to not charge. I contacted them and they sent me a return and shipping label to get a refund. The next day I discovered that I used the wrong device to charge it and as I put it in my usb on my Mac to charge it charged just fine.
Refurbished Ipad was in good condition, only the battery would not hold a charge. Customer Service replied quickly with a refund. They made the process very easy. Would buy from here again.

Answer: I ordered a Refurbished Macbook Pro from these guys, I understand refurbished it would come with a few scratches etc. But what I got was a dented seriously scratched up and bent up Macbook Pro. It did not turn on so I did not even bother to charge it, when I contacted them and sent photos to get a return label and refund, they said the would have to speak to a supervisor. I opened a case with PayPal so they can help. I already know they're gonna delay. They do not send you advertised item and they are not wit to help you when you realize what kind of store they are. STAY AWAY BUY ELSEWHERE.
