They have shipped a broken Chromebook where mouse does NOT work and Chromebook was broken on left side.
Insure the item is exactly what you want because their return policy is horrible.
They charge a $6 restocking fee, do not pay return postage, and require tracking information on the return
A $16 purchase will cost you the same or more to return!

JUNK! The Fujitsu Stylistic Q555 10.1" Windows Tablet PC Intel Atom Z3795 4GB RAM 64GB SSD × 1 Order IT*******237 was buggy at first. Just to the point where I thought it would be reparable so I didn't instantly return the device. However, this buggyness eventually rendered it useless within 90 days and the company refuses to stand by their products and take this piece of junk back.
I bought the refurbished laptop. The price was a bargain but there was a problem with the laptop, so I requested a return. Stacey immediately reached out to me and provided all the help to assist with the return. I am very happy with how they cared about the customer. Outstanding!
My Aunt who's 76 bought an ipod on their website. She does not know the difference between an Ipod and an Ipad. So she had the "Ipod" returned since the one she intends to buy was an Ipad to be used for my sick uncle's glucose monitor device. She was advised to put and return the item with the order number at the label of the package to identify that she was returning it and they could trace it back to her order number. She did just that. Unfortunately, she lost the receipt from USPS and could not find the tracking. But she included the receipt from the purchase inside the package. But now they would not refund her. Being short of funds and a senior, she could not afford to buy the Ipad that they really need. If this is how they treat customers, especially like her who made this "second" purchase. I doubt I would receommend this site and will not buy from them anymore.
I needed a good smartwatch and I managed to get a good one from them. I have to admit that it's not the best smartwatch out there but it does do what it is meant to do and so far it has been working great. I am considering getting other things because of the great service.
Itech deals gve me some very good deals on various devices that I bought from them. Let em just say that I was glad that I chose them over some of them over another similar people with similar offers. What I got has been working perfectly and I hope it stays that way fora long time to come.
I have to say that I was not expecting what I got because it was a very great service. I had some queries and I wa surprised when the customer care answered me almost instantly and could answer anything I asked unlike other places. That moment I know that I had made the right choice, I go myself a tv.
This is my last experience so far. They advertise any used, broken item as refurbished. At the end of the day, you have to pay for the return. Moreover, the whole process takes one month.
Please, don't buy anything from those people.
I tech deals is a great place for all those people that want to buy tech stuff for discounted prices. Is ay that you will get a good deal just as the one that I got. You just have to know what you want and presto you are all set. The list is endless if you want to brows too.
Purchased an acer tablet.
It was advertised as windows 10.
Both times came as windows 8.
Second time bad pixels in middle of the screen.
I call it false advertising.
Avoid avoid avoid. Photos fongg th match anything you will be shipped. I ordered a chrome book looks like it was dragged down a freeway. Every corner broken marks on every part of it. Such bad condition I am afraid to use it. What a scam. They don't take returns send you anything and you cant return it. Thieves!
They don't deliver your product and then claim they refunded the purchase price! No one ever answers the phone number! I would rate them a ZERO if I could!
I purchased a tablet which had a defective touchscreen. ITech Accepted the return and promptly issued a full refund. Would definitely do business wit thee guys again..

Returned a Samsung tablet because it didn't work. They refuse to issue a credit because they need authorization from Paypal and/or Discover credit card. After months of trying, they refuse to make any effort to contact those companies and confirm that the credit is due.
I purchased an iphone from them. The add specifically stated that it was for Verizon. I tried swapping the phone from my old one, and it would make phone calls, but couldn't handle data. I talked with both Apple and Verizon several times trying to get it to work. I finally got a higher level tech from Verizon that determined the phone was manufactured for another country and would never work on Verizon. I tried to return it and they said it was past the return time. It went past the return time because I worked so hard for so long trying to make it work. I even offered to swap for a more expensive model and pay the difference but they wouldn't do that.
I think this platform is very good and I really liked it. I ordered an item recently but mistakenly got a faulty piece and later I contacted the customer service executive and my problem was resolved without much clarification. I have to admit that they have a really strong customer service.
