Made my first purchase on a Dior bag a couple weeks ago. When I received it, I can see there were scratches on the buckle as well as the leather. The most noticeable part is that the metal color on the buckle are inconsistent, it was made poorly. I can send the photos if required. I know returning it will cost me money, so not sure if there is anything else you can do. It just doesn't look like a new bag to me, more like a defect, returned, or sample bag.

Overall good experience

The dress I ordered came quickly, ironed, in good condition. Only consideration is that there was automatic customs/import tax added on; it would be helpful to provide a breakdown as to how it is calculated, and even to provide the option to opt out or pay the courier direct.

Wouldn't take my return 3 days late after I was in the hospital. Shoes were never even out of the box. I won't support a business that puts profits ahead of loyal customers. There are plenty of other online retailers to order from.

Our return policy is 14 days and in case we are out of that window we need to reach the boutique and understand if they can accept the return. That's why our return policy is strict and clearly explained in our terms and conditions. We will reach the boutique on Monday to check if they can help you.

I was sent a bag that was scratched and the handles were completely bent to one side, so contacted Italist to let them know. I was told I could ship it back and I would receive a full refund (as I should under these circumstances). Refund was processed and there is a difference of $220 they aren't willing to pay. I'm not sure what exchange rate they are using but clearly it is in their favour. I shouldn't be out one dime for something that was damaged. They tried to say they would give me a discount on a future purchase but why would I want to buy again from a company when they sent me something already damaged? SCAM so spend your money elsewhere!

Italist attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond

I've ordered 2 gucci shoes, ysl bracelet and fendi shoes all different orders so far. Shipping super fast, although with my ysl bracelet it took forever because dhl rerouted to wrong place after calling them, it was fixed. I will definitely continue to buy from here!

Return Sucks

Make sure you order the right merchandise because the return policy here is crazy. When you place an online order, you are not sure what you're getting it looks nice, but when you see it in person it's not what you expected. The wrong size, or could be defective. I had to pay $217 for returns for an item that didn't fit, and not as i thought it would be. When I reach out to them they're telling me that duty and customs fees. Granted you pay for returns but at what cost? Beware!

Best deal ever!

I've been searching for a saddle bag for very long. They are either too expensive that I can't afford or price is under $20 of lousy quality. I saw this Stella McCartney shoulder bag on a website that's cost nearly $2k which obviously is way over my budget. I was checking many websites carrying this bag but all were about the same price until I saw this bag in Italist! I knew I've to get it immediately cos the price is PERFECT, within my budget and saved me around $1k! Isn't that a good deal? I paid for the bag at a very good price, received my bag and happily using it!

So I was skeptical of ordering from this website because I seen mixed reviews but I decided to test my luck lol. My order came within 3 days and the inside of the boots was not lining up properly for me. I emailed them ASAP and they responded to me within 4 hours letting me know I can return my order and will be FULLY refunded. I'm leaving this review to say that once you see something wrong with your order they will handle it ASAP. I was refunded within 3 days. I will definitely be shopping again!

I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter for Christmas, they did not fit and I wanted to exchange them for the correct size. Because it was outside the 14 days of when I received the shoes, Italist would NOT allow me to exchange or return the wrong sized shoes. I am now stuck with an expensive pair of shoes my daughter cannot wear. I am very upset at italist inability to serve their customer and ruining a Christmas gift for my child. I would think Italist would understand that the purchase was made before Christmas, we did not try them on as it was a surprise for my daughter, and we had to wait for Christmas to open the package, and that there was not an exception made around a holiday purchase.

Horror of the return
January 19, 2021

I bought a Balmain skirt from the Italist. Unfortunately, it was too small and had to be returned. I followed the directions and sent the skirt with all tags attached, the next day i have received it. In a couple of weeks, I received an e-mail stating that the skirt had a pulled thread and considered to be damaged. As a result of that, italist denied my refund. I am so upset about the situation. Despite the fact that I was responsible for the return costs, about $120, now they want me to pay for the shipping of the item back to me. I would not recommend using italist to anyone. You might end up loosing money because they will try to deny a refund at any cost.

When I tried to contact the site about the error I received NO REPLY (except for automated emails) after many attempts over a 2 week period. Very frustrated!
