Shoes came damaged! No exchange made. I would be asked to pay the costs of the sales tax on top of the new item without any kind of accountability or forgiveness on the part of the seller despite it claiming to sell high quality authentic luxury goods. Customer Service is impersonal and regurgitate the same lines copied and pasted. There's no access to a corporate number or office... what kind of business functions like this, surely there is no loyalty on either end. I just want Italist to offer some kind of compensation for a repair or an exchange that won't upcharge me 100$+!
