How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at italist?

They don't believe in customer service, clearly. That's why they don't respond to emails and have no phone lines. Writing is on the wall

They are impersonal and try to get you off their back.

I received the wrong product, and had no replies excepted automated emails. They also do not do free returns.

Terrible communications - they kept telling me that my item hadn't shipped when it had and multiple delivery attempts were being made. So I'm right at the end of their return window.

I’m not sure what happened to Italist in 2025, but their statement of responding within 24 hours is a BIG FAT LIE. I didn’t even receive a refund for an item I was charged for before they decided to tell me it was no longer in stock, notifying UPS and canceling my order! They did not even give me consent to confirm if I wanted to buy another item. They just took my money!
