I am a designer and have been using this company for 16 years. They used to have the greatest customer service and product support. It is now absolutely terrible. Looking for a new window treatment vendor!

Worst, must useless and imcompetent company I have ever tried to deal with. After 30 minutes of wasted time, they still could not complete my booking. NEVER use this garbage site!

Wouldn't take my return 3 days late after I was in the hospital. Shoes were never even out of the box. I won't support a business that puts profits ahead of loyal customers. There are plenty of other online retailers to order from.

We don't own the inventory and we aggregate more than 250 independent boutiques.
Our return policy is 14 days and in case we are out of that window we need to reach the boutique and understand if they can accept the return. That's why our return policy is strict and clearly explained in our terms and conditions. We will reach the boutique on Monday to check if they can help you.
