I really really like Italist. They have all the luxury brands that you know and love, but at a (sometimes steep) discount. Louboutins? Yup. YSL? Versace? Burberry? Yup, yup, and yup. I had one relatively small issue with an order and they responded and had it corrected within just a couple of days, including over the weekend time. Super happy with the support I received from them. I will be coming back here regularly for all my fashion forward shopping.
This website is the real deal. I was a bit hesitant shopping here at first because of the surprisingly low deals but I nevertheless went with the purchase. The package came perfectly wrapped and SO QUICK! Definitely recommend!

I've returned my purchase as the size was small and the return invoice indicated an estimated shipping price of €70 for a pair of sneakers that I bought €130. I trusted that word 'estimated' might mean something. Who could believe half the price was just for the shipment.
I've been refunded almost €70 (my currency was AUD). I wrote a review here for people to read their f**king return policy to be aware of how all the shipping cost would be on you and the shipping cost is no joke.
Italist reached out and offered €90 for my next purchase as a token with an expiry date of Oct'23. This is a nice gesture, but imagine you're so pissed off that you bother writing feedbacks here and there and they offer you another purchase. I didn't accept that, would you?!

International returns are quite expensive. In order for us to keep our prices competitive, we pass those costs to our customers. The majority of retailers take the average return costs and build it into their pricing, which we think is unfair since not everyone will return an item.

Italist is one the worst fashion shopping experiences. I bought Dolce&Gabbana dress for $2175, I returned it on time without any defects, but Italist returned only $1790, because they charged me $40 for return shipping costs and $345 for duties and courier fees. Isn't it too much? To return the unused merchandise will cost you $385!

Two transactions with Italist; both times the shipping was fast and efficient and customer service was excellent. I received the wrong item on my first transaction but after a couple of e-mail exchanges they agreed to return the full amount I paid. Even the return process was efficient. Because of this good experience I made another purchase. The item arrived within 3 business days considering it was coming from Italy. It was carefully packaged and I couldn't be happier!

I paid £750 for a Herno coat, within 30 days the zip was broken, the feathers were falling out and the Botton holes were breaking / worn out. They refused to refund me as it was more than 14, I am now left stuck as Henro says speak to the shop and the shop says speak to Henro - Disgracce. Italist offered to refund the broken zip but this doesn't help the worn button holes, the feathers leaking out its terrible.

As our return policy states, for an item to be returned it has to be unused with all the original tags attached within 14 days of receipt.
If there is a product issue after wear, we do recommend contacting the brand for specific issues.

Their size guide is wrong and then when you need to make a return because their own guide is inaccurate they charge you $80. I understand paying for shipping costs but $80 is absurd, especially when it is their fault I have to return in the first place. Do not order from here. They also have horrible customer service and do not help you or answer you, only robot chats.

If you would like to return a $300 pr of pants for $100 then this site is for you. You also only get 14 days and the support team does not care to help. Only robotic responses and you can't talk to anyone. Good luck

If you are an overseas customer and you wish to return an item to Italist your refund will be minus the shipping costs plus any local taxes. Getting the tax back here in Australia is virtually impossible so you will lose, not insignificantly, on the whole transaction. Try alternative online services for the product you want first where they manage the taxes and you will receive a total refund.

I received my Salvatore Ferragamo button down shirt which I almost spent over $*******@Neiman Marcus. Got in on sale, saved hundreds. I must have ordered close to 10 items from Italist in the past never had an issue. I have returned 1 or 2 things in the past and never had an issue. I read the reviews and find it unfair to the site so I come here to let you know they're legit. Problem is only those who had negative experiances find the energy to post negative comments. I beg to differ and will continue to order from Italist.

Bought some UGGS from Italist which was the last available pair of these boots in stock. These uggs were a christmas gift that I purchased on 11/23. On Christmas these boots were opened and unfortunately were the wrong size. Contacted Italist the day after Christmas to see how to exchange. Italist will not take returns after 14days no change in return policy for holidays. Do not buy from this place unless you plan on opening right away.

Very pleased with this company. I was apprehensive about using this site for the first time considering that they have designer items at discounted prices (I thought it was too good to be true) but I was very much satisfied. My Balmain tote bag came in prestige condition and arrived very quickly. I am much more comfortable with using this site in the future from this experience.
