Return no possible, well you can do it but you will loose in my experience 80$.
I buy to my husband Shoes and where to big. When I return the shoes they charge 80$ fees.
You never have the product or stay with anything and you give away 80$.

I received the ordered items very quickly - which during these special times was even more appreciated. The range of items offered on the site is attractive and up to date. On some of them, however, I could fancy more pics/details to be able to judge the fit better.

The items are amazing quality and come at an extremely quick rate. The only downside is if you need to return an item, it becomes a little bit of a hassle, but even the new item is shipped extremely promptly.

So I decided to try and that was a great decision ever.

I ordered the shoes and they were exactly as pictured with accurate coloring and size fit. They shipped on time.

I bought Burberry hoodie, but it has no Italist tag, haf too many lint and strange smell.
It's clarity that so many people tried on this hoodie.
However, Italist customer center didn't agree free refund, change and assure laundry expence.
I have never seen such a poor correspondence.
They are looking down customer. Be careful.

I purchased a designer bag that was sold out almost everywhere besides italist, as it was a last season item, but I was so in love with it so I had to find it and buy it! When I found the purse on italist it was on sale for over 20% off of the original price, and was shipped to me so quickly and in absolutely perfect condition. I am so happy with my purchase and am not a loyal italist shopper!

Order went without incident; very fast shipping. I love the authentic, designer item I purchased. The only negative would be that DHL required a signature, even though I wouldn't have requested a signature. I had to stay home all day waiting. The package wasn't delivered until 6 pm. I believe you can fine-tune the delivery by visiting the DHL site.
