Made my first purchase on a Dior bag a couple weeks ago. When I received it, I can see there were scratches on the buckle as well as the leather. The most noticeable part is that the metal color on the buckle are inconsistent, it was made poorly. I can send the photos if required. I know returning it will cost me money, so not sure if there is anything else you can do. It just doesn't look like a new bag to me, more like a defect, returned, or sample bag.
