I paid for this service took my money didn't unblock Imei not very happy no one will answer my emails

I paid for blacklist unlocking along with expedited service and never heard back from them. I also emailed them twice after never receining any contact from their techs, using their online form and included my payment link and order ID as required but just like all of the others on here who have reviewed them with 1 Star, they never responded to me at all, other than supplying me the information that my phone was BLACKLISTED, which I already knew. I paid them to unlock my iPhone 14 and they only provide me the same information you can get for FREE on dozens of sites. TOTAL SCAM!

Purchased and Paid for iPhone Unlock Service. It been 10 days now and still NO respond or solutions. Contacted vendor via website Dashboard twice and also email, but still got no respond. Need a refund if services are not honor.

I purchased this service and still haven't gotten any email about results. This is a scam, don't use!

I wanted to get my Iphone 13 unblacklisted ordered to get my Iphone 13 unblacklisted and haven't heard anything.

I paid for the service a fortnight ago, until today I have not received any response, no one has contacted me to update me on anything. I no longer believe that I can solve my problem. Lost money. I'll come back with more details later.

I paid twice to have my iPhone 12 Pro unblacklisted and I've been waiting a week do not I repeat do not give these scam artest your money and report them to the bbb for fraud like I did

Don't waste your time and money. Paid for vip service and never got help, only spam mails. Avoid ie.

I paid for the iPhone Unlock Check Service and the Unlock/Unblacklist Request to Network through iPhone Expert, yet I still have not received anything besides the automatically generated IMEI Report. I have sent 2 customer service emails and no one has responded. I want my iPhone unlocked or my money back.

So far, it looks like iPhoneUnlock. Zone is a scam.

UPDATE: Definitely a scam. The company still has not contacted me. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!

All referrals to this site/service stated that: "You will get a compiled list of ALL of the original owners of your device, including the contact info, so you can request that they unlock the device." That is COMPLETE GARBAGE! The information that i paid $$ for is literally LESS than you will retrieve yourself by plugging your locked device into an application like 3utools. I was literally sent a 12-15 line formatted info sheet that told me:
What Kind of Device It is
What The serial number is
What date it was manufactured
When it was sold
That the device is LOCKED (duh)
The device is LOST (Really?)

Then tries to sell you a program through their site claiming to be able to unlock the device. Like i would trust them any further after being lied to about the capabilities of their site. HOGWASH... Please save your $$ and go buy a license for $40 to 3utools. It will read literally ANY ipad/iphone/watch... whatever and will give you a DETAILED REPORT of data that is WAY MORE than you would ever need, but also the software provides IPSW links, Jailbreak tools and more. THIS SERVICE HERE IS A RIPOFF! My 2 cents!

Paid, but so far no report and phone still locked. It's either get the phone unlocked or a complete refund even paid for the VIP services.

I paid a week ago and received a confirmation email. Waited a few days and received no information about how to remove my iPhone from the blacklist. Sent a follow-up email 4 days ago asking how long it takes and still no response. Pretty sure I've been scammed.

Edit: Just saw the response from them on my review here. Sent the transaction ID. I will update this based on how things go.

I didn't expect to be honest that this service will provide me anything good, but I was pleasantly surprised. The information that I was given (which took less than 20 seconds), were very detailed and I could easily understand what was locking my iPhone. Apart from that, one of their agents (Zisis), followed up with me, and gave me a very detailed explanation of what was going on with my iPhone and what were my options. He actually took care the unlocking request to my carrier (AT&T), and in less than an hour my iPhone was unlocked. I rarely encountered such a great support and service from companies. I am really really impressed!
