I paid extra money for a total of 70 dollars for prioriy service my date for estimated time til it would be fixed was 3 days ago and i still have heard nothing back. Itd be nice to hear something about the status of my order and if i need to file a dispute with my bank about the money since you people clearly state no refundws even if you decide you cant fix it,

I have paid for thier service on 09jul2020 and yet no update from them, i have received only a receipt but no ohetr contact or call, even after i have raised three complaints in their website, still no update and their customer service is sleeping over all my complaint. The price increased, which was the reason of this rejection. You can either upgrade to the more expensive one (Just pay the difference) or of course you can request a full refund. Both options on the table for you! (By the way, I didn't see any replies from you to the ticket that was opened for your order, maybe you opened a different one, which confused and delayed the whole communication process).

To be honest, I made the payment with fear but in the end there was nothing to worry about. Almost as soon as your payment is processed, an agent is assigned to your order and their client support service is so great that they quickly answered all my questions and kept me updated about the progress. I never write reviews (but always do read them!) after reading lots of reviews for iphoneunlockzone and still being skeptical I felt I owed it to them to post a 5 star review. My wife and I both bought iphone 6's which were locked to the Sprint network (most difficult to bring over to Verizon) so I tried/gambled with one phone and it worked, it is now unlocked in less than a week! I will now have the other one done. I got professional emails back from them with a status update, etc... bottom line is-its a legit working site.

They are really fast with their responses and if you have any questions they email you back fairly quickly which I appreciated! If your worried about them being one of those scam sites you can take a breather because my phone is now working. I had to jump through so many hoops and I they all lead to dead ends and I was bout to give up and sale the iPhone or get a refund from the person I bought it from. I apparently never saw it, and they were understanding and refunded me the money back.
