Hi my name is Gilbert I bought and iPhone 7 clean but with iCloud lock in a street deal. At first I thought I could figure it out. But in the end I got scammed by other companies and lost my money. There are a $#*! ton of sites that offer the same service and i might have rolled the dice with this one but it turns out i'm a winner! IPhones still unlocked after a week! It took about 4 days to unlock the phone and ive been using it ever since. These guys are super professional and answered every question i had in a timely manner. I have always been very skeptical of online sites that claim they can unlock your phone, as paying up front has always frightened me a bit. But these guys totally turned my opinion around. It's another fraud! The service couldn't unlock my phone. I can take that. But the worst thing is that I'm waiting for a refund more than 2 months. And nobody is answering my emails.

I rarely, if ever, write reviews but "IPhone Unlock. Zone" offers a legitimate service that works. Zisis provided excellent customer care and I have now begun processing my second unlock request. Yes, there were delays but they were to do with my provider. Have not given 5 stars because the description for five stars is a bit over the top. However it is a five star service.

Zisis from the IMEI support team was helpful and professional. I bought an iPhone online that had been blacklisted and the website was easy to use and navigate. I paid for the expedited 1-3 day service but it wound up taking a month to find out the service was no longer available. I will always do business with this site. I my phone. The children were obviously playing with it while I was asleep so the battery died and they could not trace it in the house. I needed a phone badly so it was reported stolen to trigger the insurance response. About three months, when we were moving to another location, I found the phone and when I wanted to use it again it did not work. The mobile service provider told me the phone had been blacklisted. Besides the longer than expected wait time Everything went as planned they unlocked my phone. Everytime I emailed they responded with in 48 hours the service was great it was just the time it took for it to be done. I would recommend them and/or use them again

I am from Costa Rica, I tried different websites with no results. After of paying and getting my money refunded because my iphone was on blacklist i found iphoneunlock. I must admit at first I was hesitant and skeptical this would work as the phone is from Japan and we could not find anybody who would do it. After about 10 days the phone was unlocked and works great with our phone provider. I will have two more people and phones coming from Japan and will use this service for those phones as well.
