From the time i made a purchase from this site, page was marked paid for items, then seller was asking for me to make a payment again. I emailed him stating i had paid already, had to cancel my credit card in case more money was taken. Communication was very bad. I then got word about the goods(runners)they were shipped, i was delighted, but soon i got a letter from dublin Ireland customs stating goods were counterfit, and that this was seen as infringing. I had to sign a letter to have goods distroyed, or possible action taken if i didnt agree to goods distroyed.NOT HAPPY. Seller was (acmilan267)
I ordered a pair of Air jordan Boots Size 11 by seller called cxue2013 said latest they will arrive is April 3 2016 that date passed so emailed seller and after about 4 emails said they would ship again which was april 7 alledegly and still waiting pretty sure this could be a scam seller and i would advise people to avoid this seller at all costs
The sell fake home made bootlegs, not worth the price i spent, cost me $12 and what a rip off it was, wish i saw reviews before i spent my hard earned money on this fake cd. REALSTUFF was the seller that sold me the awful fake CDR copy, not even then real disc. Stay away from this website and this seller. I ordered a pair of earrings form iOffer and luckily didn't went crazy with shopping because I wanted to test out if this site is true. I NEVER received my earrings. I ordered Mister Ed--The Complete Series from *******@gmail.com (seller name: avantgarde101) and it was missing the first 2 episodes from season 4. The seller claimed they got the series from someone else and refused to take any responsibility for the missing episodes. Beware--this is NOT the complete Mister Ed series and the seller couldn't care less.
I have used this 3 times to successfully find impossible to find DVD's, twice receiving English Subtitles to Japanese films that can be found nowhere else. I believe that the fact iOffer is receiving so many negatives is because different companies link themselves with iOffer which means that it's the independent company that is the problem, not iOffer itself.
I can see there are many "haters" posting negative reviews.
Well, as a matter of facts there is a lack of customer protection and iOffer.com should change that for surer!
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANY SELLER THAT HAS LESS THAN 200 POSITIVE REVIEWS! IOFFER does nothing to help you so your on your own! Sellers scam customers, get a few bad reviews then change names and ID so they are never caught and ioffer allows this over and over instead of investigating so protect your money and do your research!
In order to sell on there, they ask you to verify your debit/credit card by making small debit on it -any amount up to $2. Then you have to enter on your account the exact amount they have charged to confirm it. BUT THEY NEVER REFUNDED IT! So basically I lost about £2 with all currency transaction fees. I think it's ABSOLUTELY WRONG that I have to loose money just to confirm my card! Also you can't contact them to complain by email or phone, all they have is just physical postal address. Stay well clear of this dodgy site!
I bought an anime dvd from this site. The seller posted pictures of the dvd cover had the information for the quality of the dvd but when i recieved it it was a pirated copy... however the quality wasnt bad and since i recieved it late the seeler sent me the product again. But it doesnt excuse the fact that the seller was very misleading.

They claim that my orderred was deliverred to an address in Colorado. However, I told them that my shipping address is in New York. They repsonded that they bare no repsonsibility of the sellers on their website.

I ordered a DVD of the 1935 film "Crime and Punishment" with Peter Lorre. It was sent from Greece. The DVD box and the DVD itself had the correct image of the 1935 film, HOWEVER, the DVD is actually a 2002 film with Crispin Glover. The "sellers" address is *******@tellas.gr, I don't know any name or firm.
IOffer will not help me and tells me I must contact the seller. I have emailed them dozens of times with no response. IOffer does not deserve this one star!
