Seller: 2013 NEW CHARLOTTE OLYMPIA BLACK SUEDE CAT FLAT SHOES from www*******. Never delivered shoes in 9 1/2 and kept delaying me. Ioffer customer service was not any help. Stay away from them and use a reputable site like ebay

Pure fakes

Airmax 95 were never made for retail in neon green sole with total black upper by nike as advertised on ioffer, I checked with nike US, took 2 weeks to get an answer but was definitely NO (unless someone used nike I'd to personalise them) they requested where I saw them on sale

Shopping online I came across a listing for a DVD of a movie I remembered, for $9.99. I clicked on the iOffer site and indicated my interest, I have three credit cards current and in good standing. The site wanted me to sign up for some intermediary arrangement in order to use one, at which point I decided it wasn't worth my while for a small one-shot and went away.

It seems this site charges people who list things with them for sale a fee, in this case $2.50. The person who uses them was notified of a sale and charged $2.50. Since then I have received numerous e-mails including an invoice, a "did you get your order?", a past due notice for payment, a "How did you like your purchase?", more late notices, and a "Non-payer buyer rating". Also messages from the seller via iOffer calling me a deadbeat!

The problem seems to be the seller has no knowledge that there was no sale. IOffer has no idea where to send the product, nor how I would have paid for it, nor any credit information. And their link to respond takes you nowhere but back to the sign-up I wasn't interested in. I have no way of letting the seller know I never bought anything.

Until they fix this problem, you should avoid iOffer.

Sorry to read that so many people have been ripped off here. I knew that I was taking a chance when I placed on order, but I was thrilled to finally find something that my son has wanted for many years. It appears that I got lucky when the seller (dvdrparty) turned out to be honest. I placed the order Nov. 18 and received it on Nov. 22! The seller and iOffer also emailed me on Nov. 18th, 20th, and 22nd to let me know that the order was received, when the item was shipped, and when it arrived at my local post office.

Please don't order anything from this seller HONESTBUSINESS66 they are big criminal I order some Nike shoes from them for over 4 weeks now still not tracking number and no shoe and money not refund and seller keep asking for 5 stars but will never send you anything you ordered and I also think ioffer platform is the course cause they don't have hotlines or someone to chat with

The very first time I ever tried to use this site my payment wouldn't go through when I paid even though I know my Visa is good and I know I'm not overdrawn. Then almost immediately after I entered my credit card information on iOffer I was contacted by fraud prevention at Wells Fargo Bank because someone was attempting to charge $10,000 on that very same Visa card.
DO NOT enter ANY financial information on this site... IT IS NOT SECURE at all. I've just had to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued.

Do not buy from ioffer seller"amazing 689". Although they have some good review (God knows how), they are scamming, they reply to all your messages but will never sent your good. Bought a tracksuit 4 months again and never received and unable to track but seller is asking me to be patient. SO BEWARE OF SELLER "AMAZING 689" IF YOU DONT WANT TO THROW AWAY YOUR MONEY!

To be quite honest i am very pissed at this site.
I started selling on there and then my account was suspended FOR NO REASON. I msged them asking why it has been suspended and they reply saying "we are sorry you are having troubles with an order please contact the seller"
My reply was " DID YOU EVEN READ MY MESSAGE I SENT YOU?"
Considering the answer had nothing to do with my question. The next reply i got was it saying something about fees and credit cards. I have paid all my fees and everything...

Stupid company that cant even read

I purchased my son a pair of size 10usa shoes and they sent me a size 8 us I emailed the guy that sold me the shoes all he could say was that the shoes was delivered on the date and time I told him I was not saying I did not receive them I'm saying they are the wrong size. He offered to bid the money back and I told him why can he just send me the right shoes back He want me to send the shoes back and then they send the right ones but I feel they sent the wrong ones in the first place they should send me a prepaid postage so I told them to go f%%%% themselves and I will complain about how the situation was handled unprofessionally. I have pics of the shoes and the order summary that clearly says what I ordered

I ordered something BEFORE christmas. Still not received ANYTHING, i logged on today to check the status and now the seller has been removed for doing illegal activity. Now i have to contact my payment provider, because this loser has my money, should NOT be my banks problem should be IOFFERS problem. Disturbed will NEVER use this $#*! site again. (DONT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR)

IOFFER sellers will offer you NO REFUNDS. If they send you a broken item or a different item than you bought and paid for then you are out of luck. I just lost over $100 to a seller that sent a damaged antique (CELLERMAN716) and he REFUSED A REFUND. THIS WEBSITE DOES NOT REQUIRE ITS SELLERS TO ISSUE REFUNDS. Ioffer is a fraud and a rip-off. Do not buy anything from that site under any circumstances!

Been over a month since I ordered a pair of shoes, absolutely no contact from the seller or any information on the where abouts of my product. I know this is a review for the WEBSITE and not the sellers but I think the website is at fault for allowing someone with 'positive' feedback to make descriptions on a false pretense that they will be here within a desired time for customers, and here I am a month later.

A RIP OFF AT BEST

I sold a juicy couture handbag on the site. Free shipping in the USA and this lady is in Israel so the bag was $29.99 and shipping came to about $50. NEVER got paid and then ioffer charges my account $8. I disputed the charges several times and never got my credit. THIS SITE IS SKETCHY - STAY AWAY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE.
