I was buying a pair of shoes and after i entered my credit card details the website said 'payment timed out, please try again', after checking that the money had not come out of my bank account i tried again. I did this three times, the same thing happened each time so i purchased the shoes from another seller. About 10 minutes later the money for the first three attempts had come out of my bank account as well as the fourth one, i was charged a total of $86.52 (USD) when the shoes were only $20. The customer service has been appalling, the Ioffer help desk sent an irrelevant automated response and the facebook page did not reply. There is no email or phone number offered for the website and since it was a malfunction with the websites system it should be their responsibility to fix it however they have done nothing. Warning to other buyers that if you ever receive a message telling you 'payment timed out, please try again' wait a while (i'd recommend at least half an hour) and make sure it has not come out of your account before trying again, it is likely you will get changed multiple times. Am very disappointed with this experience however hoping that others can learn from it and we can protect ourselves from it happening in the future.

I-Offer.com is a China based company, so most items are shipped directly from China which usually takes two weeks to receive. Approximately 98% of the items are replicas. Some sellers will tell you their items are authentic, but please keep in mind the price ratio to what you are purchasing. If it's a $3500, Chanel bag selling for $200, you've guessed it, it's a knock-off. Also, be careful to read the sellers feedback. I would not recommend shopping with a seller that has zero (0) feedback or you may run the risk of being ripped off. There are some really good, honest sellers on I-Offer.com, but beware there are just as many crooks selling there too. It's much like E-Bay as far as offering a wide variety of items; but you don't bid, you simply make an offer and wait to see if the seller accepts or you can "buy it now" for the asking price. I would recommend this site only if you proceed with caution and are knowledgeable about what you're purchasing. E-Bay offers great buyer protection, I-Offer does not. If you choose to do business with I-Offer, I suggest only using PayPal for payment. PayPal will cover your loses if a problem should arise. The moral of this story is, always be an informed buyer and if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

Im surprised to read that so many people on here have been screwed over on ioffer. All my expereinces have been good. I order all my runners from ioffer as the prices are so cheap compared to the shops althought they are knock offs, they are still good quality and look very much like the real deal. The runners wont last you as long as the real ones, i can get 6 or 7 pairs from ioffer for the price of the real ones in JD or other places so im happy to go and do that. You will have to size up when ordering because Aisa sizes are smaller then here and it will usually take 4,5 even 6 weeks for product to come but for me its worth the wait. Have to say im happy to order off ioofer as long as i check reveiws of sellers

This site is full of con artist and thieves. I have had two recent dealings with sellers on this site, one argued with me that I never paid him, once I sent him proof of his cashing money order, then he would not even return my emails. The other seller has taken payment from PayPal and that is the last I heard from him, Would not respond to email request, nothing. Highly recommend if you are addicted to this site and can not stay away at least do the following. Never, ever pay with anything but PayPal. They will stand behind you. I know from personal experience.
Thieves are offering these great deals just hoping you give them your credit card information. The only thing you will get is your credit card billed to the limit!
Next, do not send personal check, they also would love to have the account number and bank sending numbers on your check, And last, here is where I got it. Do not send a money order. Once cashed you have no recourse other to take to court and these thieves know how hard and expensive it is for you to get them there.
Again, shop Ebay and other sources. Stay far away from Ioffer.

I am still awaiting my order for wallets, shipped out in July... its now January. Iv sent the seller over 75 messages and no response. I'm still waiting on belts and not received and no refund sellers don't respond! And no refund for any of it. I ordered a coat and 3 weeks later still not shipped. I was lucky that I was able to contact my credit card company and get my payment back only cause I acted quickly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I OFFER DOES NOT HOLD THERE SELLERS ACCOUNTABLE! They should be taken off line

I wish I would have read the reviews on google than on the web site itself as only this ones state the truth.
So I ordered a jacket, after resping 15 pages of fake positive reviews of so called clients... never received my order, the seller is protected by this scam website and of course the client is the victim. I've got a fake tracking number and when I wanted to report. I was invited to contact the seller?!?! Total SCAM! NEVER ORDER FROM IOFFER!

The currency calculator/estimator on the site is wildly inaccurate, I think it may be rigged to show a lower converted purchase price than you will actually pay, the difference between what their currency calculator shows in your countries currency and what you actually pay when converting your currency is in my case a difference of some £450 more expensive.
Its OK for buyers in the US but any person from another country I advise STAY WELL CLEAR OF IOFFER!

Do not buy from this seller. After payment you never will reveive the goods.
I ordered 2 bags in december 2017, i am still waiting for them; He gived me a trackingnumber that did not exist. Then he told me that the colour of one bag was out of stock etc... Now he does not answer at all, and he is still on ioffer. He has good reviews and selles on ioffer for 3 years. Do not buy from WOYAOFACAI ******* he is a great scam. You will never ever get your purchase! Stay away!
