So after using for a few weeks this does NOT work as promised. Several co workers/friends have all had the same issue I am about to describe so this is not "glitch/user error/or iphone issue. THIS IS A SOFTWARE ISSUE. PERIOD
IF and only IF you have the "target" phone and can connect to you computer, you may be able to get a few text messages, photos or phone numbers. Thats IT. Deleted TEXT messages you may read the number but no message... soooo what is the point.? If you try via Itunes or icloud, same thing. Contacted customer support and they tell you the same thing over and over. I think they do this so you go over your 30 days but even if you don't, you wont get your money back. So if you feel like taking up the challenge and like to troubleshoot and try to solve problems and dont mind spending the $$, then this is for you! 3rd software i have tried to recover deleted text messages and all 3 have the same issue. This software is alittle better than TEENSAFE and Egnima, but not by much. With teensafe you have to keep changing your icloud password everyday so that was frustrating as heck!.
Would NOT recommend, not worth the frustration, time or $$

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM ANY SELLER THAT HAS LESS THAN 200 POSITIVE REVIEWS! IOFFER does nothing to help you so your on your own! Sellers scam customers, get a few bad reviews then change names and ID so they are never caught and ioffer allows this over and over instead of investigating so protect your money and do your research!

1. Problem CAN NOT BE FIXED. STOP TELLING CUSTOMER YOU ARE WORKING ON IT! JUST BE HONEST! YOU ARE A SCAM TAKING PEOPLES $ WHEN YOU KNOW THIS DOES NOT WORK! SHAME ON YOU
2. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS SAME THIS AS EMAIL, SO NO HELP. YOU OFFER A SERVICE YOU CAN NOT PROVIDE, THEN YOU BLAME IT ON THE PHONE SERVICE OR CUSTOMER!

THEY CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR "FREE" TRIAL. All negative review true. IT WILL LOCK YOUR ICLOUD! YOU WILL NEED TO RESET EVERYDAY! NO UPDATES AS PROMISED AND THEY DONT ANSWER YOU EMAILS! HAD TO CALL BANK TO STOP PAYMENT

Our U.S.-based support team answers all emails each day unless received late on Friday or the weekend. Did you email support@teensafe.com?

We offer a free 7-day trial where a user can upgrade to access the full functionality of the service. You can simply cancel online or cancel by calling our team.
