Just wanted to give the interview success formula (ISF) program much deserved kudos! I went through the program in its entirety and secured three interviews. Using the tools and strategies of the ISF gave me a strategic advantage. Of the three interviews, I was offered the position that I most desired (and the one that paid the highest salary, which by the way, was a SIGNIFICANT increase)! Though there were many tools, the most helpful tools for me were the strength and weakness crib sheet and the "top 10 questions that all interviewers MUST ask." I was just getting ready to retire when the position that was the opportunity of a lifetime presented itself. I'm confident that there were young people just as competent and proficient in the field, but the ISF gave me a decided edge and I beat the competition! I'm on board for several more years and working the job I'd dreamed of for years! Thank God for the ISF!

I am a female over 45 who had been applying for jobs for months after getting laid off (I am an allied healthcare professional). I had put in more than 20 years of service to a hospital and had won numerous patient safety awards. New management came in and unceremoniously ended my career in 2015, stating that previous management should not have given me so many "exceptional" ratings on my annual evaluations - my salary had gotten "too high". Having twenty five years with the same employer and an out of date resume, I found myself looking to finish my career somewhere else. I answered an ad for one job opening and while on the interview the interviewer said, "We are considering creating a new position and I believe you would be a good fit". Minutes later the CEO and I were discussing his needs and hopes for the new position. Two hours later we had a very rough draft of a business plan. Over the next two weeks we finished the business plan. We presented it his finance committee, executive board, and then the full board, who approved the plan. I signed an employment contract for the position I helped create, with the compensation package I put together.

Ordered Interview Success and went on 3 interviews. On the first interview I didn't study what was in the packet. However, the 2nd and 3rd interviews I studied for these. I aced the interviews! Got the job on the 3rd try. I have been on so many interviews for the past YEAR. The job I got was truly my dream job. If anything having this packet made me much more comfortable in each interview. I am so glad I order Interview Success. Who knows, if I had done this sooner, I may have been working months ago instead of one year later. I'm a 53 year old man that had had enough is his dead end job, so I quit without a back up plan. I figured that all I needed was some time to clear my head and start looking for a new job. Well I did get a couple of interviews, but didn't get a second interview.

I was looking on Indeed one day and came across this add that talked about how to answer the 20 questions which interviewers ask. I listened and when the add came to the end I felt that I really needed to find out more. It was $100 to gather all the help and advise I could get. I had an interview the next day, so I decided why not.

I downloaded the interview success formula and followed the steps. It pointed out why interviews fail,. 1- need to articulate. 2-- don' be nervous and 3 - be prepared. Then I went though the info on "how to build" in the interview. AND THEN NAIL IT! I FOLLOWED THOSE STEPS AND IT WORKED. I EVEN GOT MORE MONEY THAN I ASKED FOR. So it was quite a win. A good paying job, plus more than I asked for. And then I find out the company gives a bonus. It was well worth the 100 dollars I paid. I highly recommend this. Another reason I bought this was for "support", I have little support in my live and I hate to bog friends down, and my immediate family has their own issues. So to get the support is very important. I'm a transportation engineer (i. E., always chasing work); unfortunately, the Governor of Maryland put a stop work order on a major transit project. Needless to say, I was laid off with 2 weeks severance at the end of July 2015.

I had been looking for a job prior to this point but never got past first phone interview. I bought your Interview Success Formula & immediately implemented it in both my job search & subsequent video intervews. I had set up 3 video interviews prior to first week of August.

I received the job offer I wanted on 08/06/15 & accepted on 08/13/15 after subsequent video interviews.

Even though I was not working, I still went downstairs to our apartment building's computer lab everyday & worked at least 4 to 6 hours looking for jobs and networking. Your system was, at first, overwhelming but provided direction to take away the fear & dread. As a result, I had several 2nd interviews and subsequent offer.
