Answer: Hi Jonelle! Congratulations on your graduation and on the upcoming interview. In today's healthcare environment, it's critical how nurses relate to and support patients. So you'll need to tell stories related to helping others - in nursing or elsewhere. All your life experience will help there, and our program will guide you through how to tell those stories. ISF will also help you articulate your strengths and motivations and other parts of yourself – where people sometimes have a hard time articulating the words. The Formula won’t answer technical skills questions like how do you respond if a patient is coding. It will help you present who you are more effectively and prove your value. Answer: Hi Manessa, Most of our clients are at the manager level or above. At the leadership level, they are looking for your ability to understand the big picture current situation and see around the corners, and develop solutions to this. This means you want to have ready examples from your past of what you have done, research to understand the current situation and an idea of how you will approach the role when you step into it. These are topics we talk about in the program.

Inside of our members area is a tool called the Customized Interview Preparation Plan, which gives you advice on different types of interview situations, a phone interview versus a panel interview, a first interview versus a final interview, etc. So that can definitely help with that piece. In regards to personality, I am not sure whether you mean they want to understand culturally how you would fit, whether you would be taken through a formal assessment, or whether you would be asked to shared stories and examples that describe your personality. The program can give you some strong guidance, on the first and third possibility, and less on the second.
