Found this website very useful for preparing for interview questions as well as gathering ideas to keep interview rolling in my direction. Was able to create a more successful set of counter questions to the discussion as well. Start early! I cannot stress this enough. And research the area you are seeking employment well. A thorough understanding of where you want to work is key to understanding what is expected of you what you will bring to the role.

I, too, stumbled across ISF in desperate need of finding the most common questions asked during interviews. I made an executive decision and purchased the program, thinking if I get the job it will be repaid quickly! Following ISF guidelines and preparing my answers, I aced the interview! The company was so impressed they hired me!

Interview Success Formula gave me the confidence and knowledge I needed to receive an offer of a position that I highly desired. After several hours over the course of a few days, I interviewed only once and had an offer the next day, which I consider a huge success, since I had not been in the job market in over six years. I have an AWESOME experience with Interview Success Formula (ISF). This is a very complete and professional program in helping job seekers to be hired in the shortest amount of time as possible. The sessions/lessons come with audio and written formats. I love the fact that they are available in both multimedia and text based format that is compatible with PC, Mac and iPad. They are user friendly. I also love the flexibility. The ISF program is available through their website 24/7, no expiration date for the access. Although this is online program, I do get personal attention as a special bonus if I need help from the creator of this program. Alan Carniol is indeed a great leader in Career Coaching!

I have no hesitation to share my positive experience with anyone about ISF. In fact, I have been referring ISF to our local job loss support group and social media to look into ISF in the hope that they will find same confidence and feeling hopeful in finding their jobs. I know a good preparation is the key to get me hired. Hats off to Alan and his team by helping me to prepare this career transition.

This learning tool has changed the way I look at finding a job. The self-assessment report and customized interview responses, in no uncertain terms, describe me to a tea. I've taken the M. A. P. P. assessment and, until now, was happy with the 75% that I agreed with. I used to think it was a fairly good descriptor of who I am, but more interesting to read than useful but it pales in comparison next to the two reports ISF generated about me Not only did ISF nail me and the worker that I am, it worded everything in a brief, easily understood way that will be highly usable for me in many aspects. No part of either report sounds canned or too "smooth" to be believable. Bottom line? I no longer fear having to sell myself, which, until now, has always been difficult for me. Best money I've ever spent--by far!

I am a 59 year old woman that decided to quit a 40+ year in career and seek a new one in banking that would allow for a better work life balance and the ability to enjoy holiday's off and especially from Thanksgiving through Christmas. I took the talent assessment to determine my skills and interviews questions and answers that would best suit my personality. I read every tool they provided. When I unexpectedly received a call for an interview for a banking job, I was thrilled and went in armed and confident and NAILED that interview. I was then called in for two more interviews ( I was tagged team with both of them in a conference room) and felt TERRIFIC when i walked out - I received the job offer the following day. I KNOW that with out all of the info and tools from the Interview Success Formula - it could have turned out very differently.
