I had my first job interview in over 20yrs. With the help of The Success Formula I was able to breeze through the interview with confidence. At 56 I'm supposed to be getting ready to retire - what a joke! I've still got plenty to offer but needed help to tell my directors about it. I was so fortunate to stumble upon Interview Success Formula. At 50 years old, I had a need to reinvent myself and start a new career. I am here to summarize my experience with this ISF. I purchased the program at the end of June 2019. I went through the program with a fine tooth comb. I had an interview with a Doviaion 1 university and two interviews with the government. One was with the Dept. of the Navy in mid July and also, the Air Force Academy Prep School in Colorado Springs, both were GS-09 positions. I was actually offered the university position but turned it down for a better position. Well, I ended up landing the Navy position as an Athletic Trainer working with Recruits at Parris Island Marine Corps. Recruiting Depot, SC. Great benefits and a work life balance to die for. I make more money and work less hours than I would have at the collegiate level as an Athletic Trainer. This program works and helped me navigate the interview process with better answers that convinced the government to take a chance on me. So, huge Thank You Alan Carniol.

After going through the webinar of SuccessFormula I bought the package. It helped me formulate my stories. Gave me confidence on how to sell a more "mature" person. I am over 50. Prior I kept getting "you're over qualified" Learned how to sell myself as a "Boomer" vs. "Millennial". 4 weeks after that webinar... I had a job offer. A week after that I received another job offer. However, I really aggressively worked with the tools provided.

While I have been interviewing for longer than I'd like to admit, and have been on many interviews, I still get nervous and have trouble formulating my answers in a way that comes across smooth.
