Having twenty five years with the same employer and an out of date resume, I found myself looking to finish my career somewhere else. Over the next two weeks we finished the business plan. We presented it his finance committee, executive board, and then the full board, who approved the plan. I signed an employment contract for the position I helped create, with the compensation package I put together.
