Cremine behavior. Refuse to pay back the money despite cancellation of a pre-order.

I pre-ordered Forza Horizon 5 2 times and now cancelled both orders in the store. A few minutes later I noticed that I only got one of both payments back via Pay Pal. The reason was obviously that I didn't uncheck the pre-selected "Refund to my IG Wallet". After noticing this, I immediately contacted support. However, they persistently refuse to refund my money. The support is not interested in the right of withdrawal. A Felede regulation in the terms and conditions also not.

This is absolutely fraudulent behavior! My clear declaration of intent does not interest the support. The only answer that comes again and again is IG Wallet credit can not be refunded.

Case opened with PayPal. Definitely my last purchase in the store

Placed an order for 10 x keys. Was instantly asked for my ID which was followed up with a request for me explain why I was using a VPN. I understand it was to prevent fraud, but the the process slowed up my order. There should have been a statment before I placed my order saying that I would need to provide an ID and not order from behind a VPN. As throughout the process funds had been taken and my order was left on hold.

Right, I never write reviews. Ever! But, looked at Red Dead Redemption Ultimate on Steam, R1500. Searched the internet, came to Instant-Gaming, and took the chance. Ultimate edition, 43 Euro - R730 ish. Worth the gamble. Well, Visa wouldn't work, tried pay-pay (still security enabled and safe etc etc, else wouldn't take the risk!), required a uploaded id. Old one, but legit. Email from pay-pay for confirmation too. And boyah!, 50% saving. Got the key, loaded into Rockstar, and activation code it working 100%. Really glad it worked out legitimately!

Ridiculous! I brought sims3 packs and i was given duplicate codes. They told me to contact EA and they couldn't do anything about it.! Im so annoyed! To many times i get scammed for my money! And they wont refund me!. Please do not buy off this website. Don't give them the benefit. Would not recommend this website!

It was a little annoying because I had to use my PayPal and not the Visa gift card(the card only works in America, so my own fault) but I love how cheap the games I thought I could not play with my friends because I could not afford. I now can. Thank you to Instant Gaming for the amazing experience.

Purchased Cyberpunk 2077, did not work at all with my PC, refused to refund while the developers granted a refund.

I had to make a refund complaint to PayPayl to receive my refund in which I was granted without question.

Instant Gaming then immediately decided to deactivate my account without question and I cannot access all my previous digital CD Keys that I purchased over the past 2 years as revenge, which is an illegal act to action without reason.

Instant gaming does not respect customers nor the consumer laws.

I have lodge an international fraud claim in Dubai and PayPal to investigate Instant Gaming illegal actions.

You ask too many questions, id verification and everything even thou I have an account and I bought stuff before, the savings are bot really savings since you add VATS after. And why do I need to confirm if I got it or not days after?

I purchased a game through instantgaming.com through PayPal and then I received multiple notifications that someone was trying to login to my account and purchase things. I had to deactivate my PayPal because of this. DO NOT USE!

I have my id deal with paypal. And when I try to pay with my paypal they want my full irl ID. I don't trust the company and it looks like they don't trust there customers either.
But if I pay with my debit Card, it works. But I wanna be at the secure side and use my paypal. The company have some trust issues. I love using my paypal beacuse i never know if it's a scam or not.

Uopn purchase of a duplicate card, the support center wants YOU to contact Xbox support to find when the card was used. Even with screen shot proof you are banned from replying, after 24hours of frustration they finally admitted their fault and sent me a replacement card at 3am, by 9am when I wake up I click the email to my "NEW" code when I go to sign in to redeem, my account was completely banned and deactivated. Lol should be sued for that. But writing 100+ reviews will be more worth it.

Bought a game and can't even play it because of region lock. NEVER use this service. It's not worth the sale if you get scammed. They actually want your steam account info for a refund LOL.

I bought game couple times and their code works fine in steam.
Although sometimes surprise came when they check purchase validity.

I was skeptical at first, as with any other website naturally, but you have nothing to fear. After verification (which literally took 2 minutes), i received my order instantly!

Bought a game for 18$. Payment went through fine but THEN after they ask for ID for verification or antifraud or smth. I tell no, luckily I paid with paypal so I tell them "you got the payment so give me the game or I report as fraud to paypal" and I got the game key immediately. Never buying from them again.

Not an official reseller of keys, blocked by steam, and if you're still not convinced here is what happened to me.
So i order a game AND I PAY FOR IT i verify my payment with the bank send them the code, and after they receive my money they do not provide me with game code, but ask me additionally for my personal information such as the ID, and you should never give away personal information to anyone let alone an unknown page on the internet. So after i declined sending my information i did not receive the code, it has probably been more than a month I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK OR RECEIVED A GAME CODE although they flagged my request as refunded i still have yet to receive my money its been a month i doubt im getting my money back.

Also the only contact they have with you is through a bot, you can not speak with a real person about your issues.
