Not an official reseller of keys, blocked by steam, and if you're still not convinced here is what happened to me.
So i order a game AND I PAY FOR IT i verify my payment with the bank send them the code, and after they receive my money they do not provide me with game code, but ask me additionally for my personal information such as the ID, and you should never give away personal information to anyone let alone an unknown page on the internet. So after i declined sending my information i did not receive the code, it has probably been more than a month I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN MY MONEY BACK OR RECEIVED A GAME CODE although they flagged my request as refunded i still have yet to receive my money its been a month i doubt im getting my money back.
Also the only contact they have with you is through a bot, you can not speak with a real person about your issues.
I love how it's a legit website where you can get games cheaper then normal.
What I love about the website is that they have actual customer support and not robots!,
Mad respect for the workers
Brought 2 ps5 £50 vouchers 1 day apart the 1st one was fine and the second one got asked to asked to provide ID which in itself is not an issues but the questions - why are you buying the same product again? Errrm why do you think I am, and then 3 times telling me I used different cards for my purchases when I didn't, I was one question away from asking for the transaction to be cancelled as I wanted to buy a game and instead of a 5min quick purchase it took over 3 hours
Except for the fact that keys are sometimes sold out, delivery is available almost immediately after purchase. Customer support is reasonably quick. Prices are unbeatable!
The company itself is terrible as the customer service, they force you to "verify" yourself to make sure it's not a third party "using your credentials" with a government issued id (that's from google btw). They're overall a scam and DO NOT TRUST. They probably actually steal your account info that's why you make sure when you buy keys and stuff to ALWAYS use paypal.
Buying is fast but ensuring the product does exist or at least works doesn't. It might take a while but it seems that customer service will always figure a way.
I have used INSTANT GAMING to many time to remember, and all have been fine, but i recently purchased a key code that steam wouldnt allow due to duplicated. Upon my report to INSTANT GAMING i was give a list of things to do(basically i was being told to prove im not trying to cheat them of a free code)and until i've proven this which i need the help of steam to do, there is no refund or replacement of key
I tried to purchase a $15 game from them. It was the single worst online purchase I have ever had the displeasure in experiencing.
First and foremost, getting through the payment screen is incredibly fast. That's normally a good thing, but here, not so. As there is absolutely no info, it will come as quite the shock that after taking your card details and processing the payment, they will then send you a message asking you to provide an uploaded picture of your identification, such as a driving licence!
There are no warnings on the purchase screen, or even anything mentioned about this practice on the FAQ section. As soon as you question why this is required when the money has already exchanged hands, they instead send a stock answer to cancel the order, blaming the end users unwillingness to provide ID. Once this message is sent, they will ignore anything else you respond with. So all in all, as soon as you don't give them some nice ID for you to suffer identity fraud, either through them, or once they get hacked, they just decide you want a refund on your behalf, and discard you.
Literally the worst gaming website, and online shopping website I have ever visited.
AVOID. AT. ALL. COSTS!
I paid with a CC for football manager 2020 for 30$, I was asked security request with code sent to my mobile, then I received an email requesting a piece of ID from government from a site in Hong Kong... never ever I will send you a picture of my ID, THE BANK who gave me the credit card made the research already locally in my country
They want your drivers license to "confirm" that you are real, probably to make a copy of it and act on your behalf, and they take your money before giving the key, so they basically robbed me. And i wouldn't even give them one star. Seriously DO NOT USE THIS SITE or their APP
Even one star is too much for you. I bought FIFA 23 from you and it did not work, but you still refused to give me a refund. You are a criminal organization.
It was a new experience, I thought it would've been a scam since the prices are much more affordable but I am thankful and plan to buy more future games from this site.
Fully trustworthy as red bull domination. Never got scammed so 0 ferrari mistakes. (Only when I get email I would like to know for what I type review because I buy a lot)
I don't even bother looking elsewhere anymore for deals on games. I either buy directly from steam and even before that I still price compare with instant gaming.
Instant gaming has good prices, nice website and fast delivery.
However their behaviour is a joke.
First of all, I was verified as a reseller such I could buy more than 5 games a day (btw. This is strange limit :D) .
Then they were suddenly sending me fake keys. Every key I bought was wrong. They explained it that those are their security measures... but against what? I was verified... they had my ID...
Then I was asking them on every single key if it is working. Most funny answer from the support was, that if they would be sending non existing or non working keys, they would be quickly ruined and not trustworthy: D
After that the keys were all good for like two months. However they told me, that they have new policy, that even resellers cannot buy more than 5 keys a day. On top of that, even those 5 keys a day were sometimes fake.
I have just a feeling that these Are just bunch of trolls.
And if the key is invalid and it was not intentionally sent as a fake one, be prepared for no support. You will have to check yourself the key with Steam, Microsoft and others depending on the platform the key was intended for.
I would love to see people not buying from them. Please shop on Eneba or CDkeys, those guys are legit and they are not liars.
At first I was a little nervous about the verification process but I followed instructions as it was on the site and I quickly got my order verified. I'm satisfied with experience
I paid for a game and arrived my code.
When I put in steam, is writen that code is not valid.
I wrote them, they told me that they canceled it by safety. Asked me to send a document for verification in order to send me other code. I sent it.
Today they informed me that they will do a refund in 15 days...
So, by facts, I paid and I did not get the product, which is a clear fraud, my money is not in my account, and who knows if it will be.
In another hand they resqueted me to sent private information in order to verify my identity, and send me another code, after I did, they decided to refund, this shows how reliable they are. There was no code from the begining...
Additionally the refund will cost me money due to currency exchange.
It was a waste of time, they are lucky that we are in quarantine, other way they would be dennunced to the authorities.
Do not buy here, is not recommendable, in this web you can check other reviews with the same pattern.
Found this as it was broadcasted by a game streamer. Made a great discount, and even though I had to ID myself the process was quick and straightforward. Happy customer.
I bought MGS for steam from IG, and the algorithm pushed Red Dead Redemption 2 at a good price to me at my shopping cart. I went with it and paid the $ for both. When I went to get my codes, I found that Red Dead Redemption 2 was not steam compatible but required a separate downloader. I requested to Instant-gaming that their system pushed an incompatible game to me, they refused to refund it since I started the process of downloading it, of course finding out it was not compatible. I asked for a refund they refused. I did a paypal dispute which found in their favor, but when I went to go ahead and try to work with the loader (knowing that I'd be unable to easily use it on my steam deck reason for initial purchase) but maybe could use it on my computer. They deactivated my account, effectively locking me out from access to my purchases. A retaliation toward a new customer who just wanted to get a couple games and start a buying relationship with them. Do not buy from this company - they hate customers.
At first I was cautious about this site in general but after searching up the experiences that other people had I was relieved and honestly excited to see all the deals that it had.
Answer: You'll get the unlocking key for the specific game launcher where that game is being launched from (like the origin, battlenet, EPIC ones etc.)
