I can get great prices on games and I can look up for any game key for different platform (steam, ubisoft connect, epic game store, and etc.) Also a great feature they have if they don't have game keys you want in stock you can check a option to get notification when it came available to buy!
The purchasing experience on Instant Gaming was smooth and easy. If that would have been all, I would have given 5 stars. The purchase resulted in a code for a game on Ubisoft. Making use of the code on Ubisoft resulted in getting a software key, which ultimately was accepted by Ubisoft so that my son could start playing the game. From the time we got the code from Instant Gaming until the Ubisoft game could start took around 2 hours.
They deactivated my account and took my credit card information. Don't trust this site. I sent a complaint but they replied saying that I need to have an account to lodge a complaint. No matter how I try, I am just not getting to log in, it keep stating my account has been deactivated.
The prices on this site are generally cheap tho ive seen sites that are cheaper, so hell id recommend you check out more moral places like humble bundle just in case if they have the game youre looking for cheaper or at the same price, that aside ive bought like 12 games so far and havent been scammed yet, hell one time i even got more than i bargained for, when i tried to buy a ck3 dlc "royal court" and they just sent me the expansion pass with practically all the dlcs. It was probably not just them trying to be nice but them just having that key left and i got lucky but still
I couldn't even start playing because of a "Confirm" button on the starting screen that can't be clicked on. I lost my time trying to fix it on my own and now I'm waiting for a response on my refund solicitude that I'm not even sure if it's gonna be accepted because Instant Gaming says that "we cannot take responsibility for performance issues. Contact the developer".
The developer didn't take my money. I feel scammed by Instant Gaming and I wouldn't recommend buying this game or any on this page.
I bought a whale shark card for GTA 5 online Xbox One from Instant-gaming.com. The card did not work. I entered it and it seemed to go through, but then I was shown the content the code was for was an outdated (and unusable) shark card bundle. The "funds" for GTA did not transfer to my game and then the code was marked as redeemed regardless. I contacted the business about this and was told to provide proof by taking a pic of the error message. I told them there was no way to do that as the error was long gone and the card marked as redeemed. They insisted I provide proof.
This website is selling scam products. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
I got an error during the redemption process and the game did not appear in the library.
Instant Gaming support and Epic Games support blamed each other and I couldn't get my money back:-(
It's a bet: If you are lucky you can save a few bucks, but if you are not, you will not be able to get any refunds.

Placed order 11:30pm, order wouldn't validate so had to raise a support ticket. They validated my order about 6:30am the next morning. Frustrating but I've had no other issues with ordering from them.
Purchased a few gta5 Xbox one shark cards through instant-gaming for Xbox gta5 xbox one x series. Wasn't always smooth but worked. Had to prove the purchase to rockstar once. Bought one last week, redeemed code but no gta$. Waited 3 days and then contacted rockstar who informed me that the cards no longer work for GTA x series. Contacted instant gaming and created a service ticket explaining how rockstar won't honor the card for xbox one series anymore and they in so many words told me sucks to be you. The Xbox one shark cards worked for Xbox one x series GTA 5 online until rockstar changed it. Instant gaming didn't inform their customers on their site that the Xbox one shark cards would no longer work for Xbox one x series. They refused to refund my money since I redeemed the code and didn't offer anything for my troubles
The game is not working correctly and has glitches. I actually gave up on it because I couldn't go any further because of the glitch. My character is basically stuck in a room. I restarted the game over 3 times and still didn't help so I gave up on playing it

I bought RocketLeague, at a sale price with 2 DLC packs included. The payment was taken from my account, and unfortunately the code they provided to "activate" on Steam did not work. I contacted support. They responded quickly, but were asking for identity verification. I haven't given them any other name or any reason to need to verify identity. Most websites will accept credit cards or not, without requiring some second step. They asked for a picture of my ID. I saw no reason to do this and asked for a refund. I was not issued a refund at all. SIMPLY PUT, this is a scam. They are trying to steal not just your money, but other details of your identity. DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE or APP
Don't buy. Disgusting customer service.
They provided me with a used key. They asked me to contact the original retailer of the key and send Instant Gaming the date and time of redeem of the key. It took me hours of tickets and chats with obnoxious support members to find out that they CANNOT give me these informations.
Instant Gaming decides to give in after instisting that I need to send those informations, and even though I asked for a refund, they provide me with a different key.
The key is used. It just felt like I was talking to a bot asking me over and over to give them those sensitive datas again.
I had to send image of the ID and this made the experience totally not instant - it took 24h to be able to receive the code. Moreover the originally provided code did not work at all and only after contacting the support they told be to provide the ID.
It was bull$#*! cause i couldn't log into my old steam and because of your are you a robot bull$#*! i couldn't log in and bought some games for nothing

I bought many games from instant gaming with no problems, until one day they decided to ask for ID. So I sent them my ID photo and it wasn't good enough for them. When I asked support why it wasn't good they didn't want to tell me why marking the ticket as "solved". On my second ticket, I asked about refunds and they copied FAQ answer over (my mistake for not reading it). A bit more than a week pass, I get nothing from my bank or any info that refund process has been initiated, so I contact the support once again asking why, to this I got yet another copy of FAQ answer. I gave up, will never use again and will never tell anyone to use it again.
My CC company had already paid them for a key and they sent me a non working key. When I contacted customer service they admitted that due to "fraud" reasons they actually sent a non working key. Their "solution" was for me to give them two forms of ID (mind you, my CC had already approved the charge, I confirmed on the phone with them). I told them that was not going to happen and they either give me what I had paid them for or refund me STAT. They started the refund process but claimed it would take several days (two weeks) to process. My CC company gave me a prompt credit. Needless to say I'll NEVER get scammed from them again.
This website has some wierd ways of doing business. What it doesnt tell you is that you need to send them Pictures of your ID or they don't give you access to your oder. The fact that they only tell this AFTER you paid leaves you with no choice. Pretty much sucks in terms of privacy.
Can't recommend a website that doesn't tell you that beforehand.
The purchase process was simple and successful, however the obligation to send a copy of the ID card was a bit cumbersome, I couldn't find where to send it and it took me a while to understand the matter. If it was possible to shorten the process (maybe in the next purchase I won't have to send...?) it would make the next purchases easier for me.
Man i like this service a lot. The website design is also very slick and fun to browse. I periodically check here to see which games are offered, i found a ton of games that I knew nothing about so i can go browse them, watch some videos of walkthroughs and gameplays on youtube, and if i like what i see, i buy my games on here. Very easy to proceed to check out and jump straight into the games.
