I bought many games from instant gaming with no problems, until one day they decided to ask for ID. So I sent them my ID photo and it wasn't good enough for them. When I asked support why it wasn't good they didn't want to tell me why marking the ticket as "solved". On my second ticket, I asked about refunds and they copied FAQ answer over (my mistake for not reading it). A bit more than a week pass, I get nothing from my bank or any info that refund process has been initiated, so I contact the support once again asking why, to this I got yet another copy of FAQ answer. I gave up, will never use again and will never tell anyone to use it again.
