I would not recommend instant gaming anymore to my friends since every time i buy something i have to wait 7 hours or more for verification even though my id verification has been sent a million times. Until this verification process gets fixed or reworked I cant reccomend your services to friends and family.

My experience was a bit rocky but ultimately it was user error. If you ever use your credit card when buying games from insta, make sure you have a ID on you so that you can send it in. If you want to send in your ID, make sure you click on me. Attach images. Drop down box where your order will be for me. It took about about an hour or so before finally got accepted.

Bought alot of games through Instant gaming. Only had 1 problem with my order ever and the seller made it right. I recommend all gamers to use them. I mainly use Paypal to pay so never really a issue there. They sell Steam, Origin, Uplay, Epic. What's not to love.

I cannot recommend this site enough. It usually has the best prices for games all around, even for really recent ones. Code delivery after purchase takes only a few seconds: some people complain that is slightly annoying and should be instant, but I dont see a problem with that. After you start using their service they even ask for a picture with your ID and their visible site, so you get the feeling they take security seriously.

Im not giving them 5 stars only because I would like more options in terms of platforms I want the games to be on: for most Ubisoft games Ive seen the codes were only available on Uplay, not Steam, and thats a bit inconvenient. Nonetheless, Instant Gaming is a great service.

I initially had an issue with my game code, and I thought it would take a day or two to come to a resolution, but it was fixed in a matter of minutes. And I was able to play the game quickly after that without anymore problems

I purchased No Man's Sky Odyssey twice in the same 2 day period to get a copy for my brother. The 2nd purchase did not go through right away, but this was on purpose to ensure that the duplicate purchase was intentional. I appreciate that their is a protection in place for this reason, and identity verification was quick and painless. The support representative was also easy to talk and resolved my issue right away.

Not only do they want you to submit a photo of your government ID, but if you use paypal you will notice that you have setup automatic monthly payments to the company. Total scam. Won't send you code if you don't submit ID. Trying to get a refund but no luck so far. Don't use.

It was quick easy and cheap to get this game dlc from you. However I feel like the verification process can be improved as i was not comfortable uploading photo Identification to the website. Standard verification like text, phonecalls and email would also achieve the same goal

I purchased multiple steam keys and two of them had to request a refund, one of them I already owned and forgotten and the other one it is not available in my region to redeem. I got quick response within 24/7 and received my refunds in week.

I have purchased several games and DLCs from the company, and have never had a problem with the keys. I usually received them in an hour or two after purchase. The company asks to for proof, so they don't get scammed by individuals buying inexpensive keys and reselling them for profit.
I have purchased game at a good and decent price. NMS was full price on Steam and I got it for 50 % off on Instant Gaming, and have never been happier with no problem. I currently have 1400 hours on the game without a snag.
I don't know anyone that was against this company, but they are just trying to ruin a good company's name.
This isn't a scam, it was the best thing I've found and deserve a better reputation than the reviews of pompous asses (sorry about the last comment, just my feeling).

It was confusing at first to complete the order with ID confirmation, but they were fast and professional in the process as soon as I sent exactly what they indicated in the pictures. The whole time it took from making the order to confirming ID then activating the game in steam was only less than 8 minutes

I have been using instant gaming for multiple years now. Only 1 time in that entire period have they asked for my id i told them no and asked them to refund the purchase that happend in 4 hours. I have now purchased about 100 games on the platform so im quite suprissed that alot of people say the website is a scam.

I got refused to pay my games on this website because they do not accept virtual credit card services.

I tried to explain them the obvious reason why I use virtual card service ( to not get my credit card number stolen) but the customer service of istantgaming is so terrible that it's like talking to a wall: copy-pasting the same reply over and over again.

Instant gaming: why do you use multiple credit cards? We can't let you have the key if you don't answer.
Me: because it's virtual credit cards...

When it works the website gives you great discount, but you don't want to have to deal with their customer service.

Terrible customer service would never go buy anything on this website ever

I got a great deal for a few games i was already looking for. I had a problem with the transaction, but after i got in touch with the customer service it was solved, from writing my issue to the solution in a minute.

I made a purchase of a download code for a game for my partner.
Game was a great price, and the website was easy to use.
I did have to go through the prove identity process because it was my first purchase, but it was easy to do and I received my code straight away no problems
