Placed an order on 3/5/22. On 4/12/22 it still is not here. Holly and Amy R in Customer Service are completely useless. I was told the shipment was lost and would receive a refund. Now I'm being told it was delivered (it wasn't) and they are blaming USPS. Do not do business with this company. They are a complete scam!
I purchased a pair of uv light blocking lenses on March 8th. It was near the end of the month before I finally received them. I never received a tracking number as was promised and the lens arrived damaged. I contacted the company numerous times to see about getting a replacement. Was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. No one ever did. I had to contact them! I was so frustrated that I ended up requesting a full refund. However, I kept getting the run around. They completely ignored my request and were trying to still send a replacement pair that I repeatedly told them that I did not wanted. Now I have to go by other legal means to get this issue resolved. I am thoroughly disappointed with this company and I will never be a customer again.
This place is TERRIBLE, please don't waste your time. Customer service is awful via chat and email and the phone as well. They just tell you to email them about issues with their products and don't resolve ANYTHING. I tried to return something that doesn't work right and doesn't fit and is very uncomfortable and they denied it saying that the package has been opened therefore you can't return it. It's brand new and I only tried it on once. Terrible company.
I placed an order on January 11th, and still have not received my order. I've called several times and I just get the run around. They said it hasn't been shipped out yet, so I asked to cancel, and they said that's not possible. I will never do business with this company again, and I've warned others of my experience and to steer clear of them. Thankfully my bank did a full investigation and refunded me the total amount paid for my order.
My Christmas gift never arrived. After 2 months I demanded a refund and was told repeatedly to he patient, as shipping was taking a little longer. I was then told that I had to contact the shipping company myself to track down the lost order. The shipping company admitted it was lost, but still Inspire did not refund. I disputed the charge with my credit card company which credited my account.
My husband ordered me two pairs of socks for Christmas this year. He spent $50 total ($25 each). This is an extremely high price to pay for socks, so we expected them to last awhile. However, less than 3 weeks after wearing them, they are now unusable. They have huge holes on the bottom and have ripped and torn. I never have worn them outside, I'm careful with them and never put them in the dryer. They were only used inside, and now they are completely garbage and unusable. My husband reached out to customer service to try and get a refund or replacements, and they blew him off and told him "our socks don't get destroyed after normal use. My socks are proof that they do! Never trust this website, and save yourself some headache and money and don't order from them. Scammers.
I've tried everything to make the jellyfish keep swimming & all they do is either stay at the top or stay on the bottom. I tried bottled water & filtered water. I added dish soap like it said in the instructions. I even went online to see what other people have suggested to make them swim better & tried them all but they never stayed swimming very long at all. If they stayed swimming, it would be a great gift, but I wouldn't recommend it as mine aren't swimming well at all. Also, they only give you 2 weeks to return something when most places give you 30+ days after receiving it.
My 'boots' came in somekind of orange plastic wrapping with duck taped haphazardly slapped on to hold the boots together. When I opened them a industrial glue smell was so strong I had to set them outside. When I tried to put them on the sides were like card board! I could never even get them on! When I let there customer service know they offered no resolution! Didn't apologize and their response was 'we never heard that before' I was disappointed the cheapest worst item I've purchased in a long time!
I purchased a recliner chair cover. Delivery took a while but that's the way it is today. I tried the cover on the chair. The elastic is not in an appropriate location to hold the cover on the chair. I asked to return it and was told that since the packaging was opened, it was not returnable. How on earth could you verify if the product would work without opening the package. The size is correct but the elastic placement is absurd. Customer service is inadequate as well. No one seemed to understand the problem and only referred to package having been opened. Absurd!

I order two pairs of leggings from my InspireUpLift for my mother for Christmas! My mom is a tiny woman and wears a size small. Therefore, I ordered her a size small. I gave it to her for Christmas and they did not fit. The company is saying I can't return them because the package they were shipped in was opened! Are you kidding me? Of course, the package was opened. They were a Christmas present. Also, the shipping package was nothing special. It was a plain black plastic bag with a shipping label and the return address as JFK. Interesting! Additionally, the sizes are NOT made for typical people as a 5XL has a 38" hip. Really?!?!?! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! FIND ANOTHER SITE because they are a rip-off and obviously do not care about customer service or standing by the products they sell.
I wish I read the reviews on here before purchasing an item on this website. If I could give 0 stars I would. The delivery service is terrible and it's been now a month I haven't received my item. I asked for a refund as my order has been in transit for nearly 20 days within the country yet nobody has delivered it to my house. I asked for a refund multiple times and I keep getting the same replies "Your order is in transit it will arrive be patient" $#*!ing hell I've been more than patient and NOBODY is delivering it! These people are CROOKS or scamming people by stealing their money. I won't be surprised if I don't receive the item for another whole month or get refunded. I ordered two pair of leggings and when I received them I opened one package tried them on and they did not fit so I folded them back up and put them back in the bag. I never opened the second pair. The company will not take back the leggings that do not fit me. This is horrible customer service. You look at the guidelines and order what you hope will fit you and when it doesn't that's just too bad! Is that really a way to run a company. Don't deal with them. If what you get you do not like or it does not fit you are stuck with it.

Real pain trying to get the system to ship to one address and bill my address. Also poor communication with Inspire Uplift, meaning to communication from them after they took order, until I contacted them by email to find out what tracking number was so I could keep up with status of the delivery to my granddaughter in Minnesota.

Website InspireUplift.com started in 24july2017, and customers' complaints against them for 'no delivery received' existed since as early as at least January 2018, until even today september 2019 (as of the time of this writing) and is still on-going. InspireUplift.com deducts customer's payment money, indicates to customer that the fake delivery is on the way, gives customer fake tracking info, and customer's delivery never arrives. Even after more than one month, delivery never arrives. They had failed with their delivery, but they dont even bother to solve the problem with customer by giving customer full refund. Customer not only did not receive any delivery, customer also did not get any full refund. Report them to the police. Reputable and honest online shops such as Amazon.com will voluntarily give customer full refund if they fail in their delivery. However scammers and fraud online shops, such as this InspireUplift.com, refuses to give full refund when they fail in their delivery, regardless of whether customer asks. They are cheating certain segments of customers this way, and its not just rare occurrances, that is actually their repeating pattern of fraud and scamming to some segments of their customers, and its been repeating many times to many of their customers since from January 2018 or even earlier, until today. Search and read up various customer complaints about scam / fraud by InspireUplift.com at: * scamion.com * de-reviews.com * reportscam.com * Ripoffreport.com Etc... Many of the products that InspireUplift.com is selling can also be found at eg. Walmart and Amazon.com (some are even cheaper) so we don't even need to rely on buying from low-integrity cheating sellers like InspireUplift.com. Spread the word. Dont buy from fraud scammer online-shop like InspireUplift.com
