I bought Russian vintage earring from Inspire Uplift. It reached my home one day before the delivery date and without any damage. I am so surprised by its excellent quality. 5 stars!

If i try to track it my delivery status says it was in Capetown on the 18th of July. Suddenly it changed to the 5th of August in Capetown. Their tel.nr does not exist. Their address is an open parking lot. So what myst i do?

I spent $50 on a car vaccuum and never received it. This company would not replace the item as requested and would not refund my money either. The customer service was absolutely terrible, the guy actually argued with me on the phone. STEER CLEAR FROM BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE!

I ordered solar chimes for my backyard. They arrived broken, so I let them know, and they promised to send a replacement, which never arrived. That has been three months now. I will never order anything from this company again. The communication has been very poor and vague.

I ordered a product, it came in a bag with no instructions and the return address was to an airport. I called the number on my credit card and told them I want to return this product. In my stupidity, I ordered the same product again not realizing it was the same company. I spoke to customer service and told them I need an address to return, the woman said I will send you an address to return and I have cancelled your 2nd order. Well I never received the return address and the 2nd order was delivered. Now i am stuck with 2 orders I don't want and have to pay for.

This would have to be the worst company I have ever brought from. My items have not arrived as they are still sitting in China. I have continually told them this and I get the same automated reply. I called China and yes it's still there and Inspire Uplift want me to rate a product knowing full well that I DO NOT HAVE! I AM so tired of being ripped off by companies like this. When I requested a refund I got the same B/S they have said since I asked why is my item in China especially since it was supposed to be coming from Japan. I want my REFUND. I also don't think any of them can read. Repeated questions continue to get automated responses. How the F### can I write a review on something I don't have. WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER, YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND LIED TOO CONTINUOUSLY!

I really found the Portable Bottle Blender useful. It's easy to carry and I can make juice for me whenever I want. 5 stars without a doubt.

Don't waste your time on this site. I ordered something off of this site and came broken. I've been dealing with them for two weeks. I want my money back and they can have the junk back. But they won't give me my money back. Saying I broke the product and I'm not they only one that has. If they think that there's more than one person out there that's not handling the product right maybe they should have instruction manual with it so wouldn't happen again. But I'm saying though it came broken to me. I have never had this bad customer service in my life.

The 2-In-One Wine Seal Stopper is phenomenal. Prevents leakage and is really worth the cost. Plus, I got it at quite a reasonable price. Happy client.

If you open the package you can't return it even if its the wrong thing that was sent. They are a scam company Waited a month I ordered Mila remover they sent fleck concentrate and then told me its the same thing it isn't and they won't accept a return because I opened the package it was shipped in. So be careful cause if you open they won't refund horrible company

I ordered knee support bracket for 75$ and, since the advertise didn't clearly marked it was for a pair, I was stupid enough to order 2)). It took 2 weeks to get the shipment confirmation and it only worked after I asked to cancel the order. BUT THAT WAS JUST THE BEGINNING OF THE STORY. When I received those brackets, it turned out to be smth like a board for cribbage wrapped in a fabric. It took me 0.5 seconds (without fitting) to realize that I bought 2 pieces of crap. When I contacted "customer service" they said "the box was open, so unfortunately we can not take return". I said "I was lucky enough to order 2 pieces of carp, so the 2nd box is not even open". They send me return ticket, but when I sent it back and hadn't heard or received anything in 2 weeks, I decided to check on the status of my return, I got to know that they can only give me a credit on account (which I can only spend for buying some other crap from this wonderful shop) and NO REFUND IS POSSIBLE DUE TO THE COMPANY POLICY))). Having spend a month shooting useless emails, I decided that it was enough for me. THINK TWIS (SQUARE) BEFORE BUYING SMTH FROM INSPIRE UPLIFT.

Inspire does it's best to not refund poor quality and shipping complaints. They do not provide free returns even though the product is defective. Imagine that you purchase a $60 item that does not work. It costs $10 to return. You just paid $10 for absolutely nothing.

I bought solar lights. One of the lights does not work. They want me to video a solar light that does not work. Think about it, I am suppose to take a video of black air. It's a light. It's night. You can't see anything because there isn't any light. Just send a replacement light to me.

We bought four solar lights. Two work, one works intermittently and the fourth doesn't work at all. Emailed customer service. They didn't offer a replacement or a refund. But yay, they did offer a coupon for $10.00 off our next purchase. Of course we won't ever buy from them again because why would you want to keep spending money on a company that sends out defective product and won't replace them. It's too bad because they offer so many items we're interested in buying but we can't waste money on garbage.
