Easy to shop. Lot of choices.
The delivery time was 4 weeks.
The good news it came on Christmas Eve.

They Arrived later than the company had said they would. But still at least they arrived (about 4 days after they were supposed to)

It came damaged and not at all what I expected. All it is good for is throwing it out. It is not usable.

Quick and good checking out was fast but waiting on delivery was a while.

Ordered two incense burners, ceramic, different colors. One is a lot nicer finish than the other. The one, the brown one, has seams showing in the finish and the finish is not nearly as nice as the blue one. Some of the incense cones were broken.

This is my first time shopping this site. Delivery time was cutting it close, and I had to warp quickly for a gift, hence why the middle star seemed appropriate at the moment.

The time period that was given in the description was misleading. I ordered it
On Dec. For an event on Dec. 15. The description said that it would be 7-10
Days and shipped with in 1-3 days. I did not receive it until Dec. 18. I tried to
Use the chat line but they could not tell me anything and just referred me to an email which I used but no one responded.

Good website, good product, good price, but the shipping time was atrocious! Ordered early to be sure I would get it in time and it still hadn't arrived. Product shipped from mainland China.

I took advantage of the sitewide sale plus an extra 10% off! The felt tree w/ ornaments is great. I hung it up and was playing with it myself. My 21 month old toddler grandson is having a lot of fun with it too! Really glad we let him discover it on his own, he's really into it! Love the size of the tree & ornaments, makes it really easy for both big & little hands to decorate... and undecorate!

Could not get to see entire product list. Maybe there were more things I'd like.

Product quality vs price is below my expectation.

Ordering was easy, shipping went from CA to NY then back to UT... did not make sense and was a day late arriving. Thank you USPS. Why it went from west coast to east coast and back west caused a much longer time from order to delivery. Approximately 13 days. Item has been given high marks by our granddaughter and she said our 15 month old great grandson is enjoying it. She said it is awesome.

Ordering was easy. Ornament exactly as pictured. Great price. Delivery on time.

Ordering was ok now awaiting delivery took longer than I expected. I was (still) nervous that my order didn't arrive until Christmas. If my order doesn't come Santa will be up a creek. Hard waiting for your order. What will I do if it doesn't arrive on time?

I think another fabric would be a good idea for some of these as people with heavy legs would enjoy them but these, even tho they stretch, just wouldn't quite fill the bill. I have another person to give then to and she will love them. Its a great idea and a very fun gift. Thank you for the quality of mdse, and all the rest..

Great however i wish there was instructions on how to use them. I dont know what or where to put what in thebag.

I ordered an item, storm sensor, on December 10th believing there is time for it to arrive for Christmas. Prior to ordering, I saw they have an office in Florida so I assumed item was coming from there. To my surprise, once I received shipping info (not until the 16th, 6 days after placing order) I saw that it is shipping from China. If I knew it would be shipping from China I would have NEVER purchased. I have sent countless emails asking if it will arrive by Christmas. All just said it "shipped". Finally, the last response I received said they can not guarantee it will arrive by Christmas! I will never buy from this site again. If you call the Customer Service number, they say to email any questions.
