Last week I visited Saraf Furniture because my friend recommended to me that they have an amazing collection of sofa set and I was purchesed sofa and study table they both are amazing quality.

A month ago I ordered a coffee table for my living room from saraf furniture website. Delivery time little bit late but when I received my products my reaction was wow. The design and style, quality is superb. Thank you saraf furniture. I would like to buy more things from your store.

All the negetive reviews written about this company are absolutely true. I purchased is bed from this company and received damaged leg piece. Despite repeated follow ups there is no resolution.Management is least bothered about customer service. There are no quality checks. They send damaged furniture. After spending huge amounts,. It is nightmare because they will neither give you replacement nor refund your money. Customer care is just a sham... They will just keep giving false assurances until you get fed up and give up. There is no escalation matrix. They are not bothered once they get your money. Avoid dealing with such unprofessional companies

I have ordered tea table in month of June and expected delivery date was on 16th July. And till now i havent received my product & customer service team are unable tell the exact date of delivery still. And not heard any call back from the team. This is very disappointing.

Nice store to shop latest fashion furniture. I had got my dining set custom made. Since I wasn't entirely satisfied with the finish, they agreed to redo the whole set and I am 100% happy with the final outcome. The sales executive was highly informative and extremely courteous, which is a rarity these days. Also impressed with the proactive follow up from their side to keep me updated with the work in progress and estimated time of delivery. They were also very receptive to feedback. Great selection of luxury furniture that we otherwise could not find anywhere else in NCR. Excellent customer service. I really like the mixture of modern and minimal furniture which I'm looking for my office with a better quality. I had till date was quite satisfying. Delivery guys were good at their services, product quality was good. Prices looks on higher side but comparatively ok. Overall Worth it products.

It's been 8 weeks since i placed an order.was promised delivery in 3 weeks.
The contact no is dysfunctional.

Mails to customer service gets generic responses with no specific commitments

Promised delivery date was 25th November
Diwali happened
New Year happened
Now holi will come
No sign of order, no delivery dates confirmed, not refunding the money. 3rd grade customer service and utterly dishonest people. I am initiating legal action for refund.
