It's a company 2hich follow a policy of 1 fake product in even 5 n hence they maintain 80% of customers.
They use unseasoned wood which spoils preety fast as its easy to get ready for furniture.
The deliveries often go missing after even paying them.
They have trained customer service people like LL Agarwal and Raghunandan Saraf who wud convince u to fix it but sadly it won't fix ever n hence they charge u upfront so that u get stuck with them.

They deleted my review from their page. It shows how pathetic their management is. They are just fooling customers by showcasing good reviews. I don't even trust that those are customer reviews. Don't customize products if you don't have the capability. I paid upfront and placed my order on 2nd Dec. 4 months have already passed and am still waiting for a good product to be delivered.
1. Worst customer service ever. I sent more than 15 emails and made multiple calls. They don't have the decency to respond.
2. Raised complaint in consumer forum. Still no response.
3. The amount is taken upfront which is the biggest mistake I did. I don't have a choice but to wait for the product.
All these after buying products worth 1.5 lacs in total. Pathetic customisation and service. Not one person was able to help us in a timely manner and they denied a contact person who had the authority to take a decision. It not only about the quality of your furniture but also about the quality of your customer service. I wish there was a ZERO rating to give.

And there was power coming out of wood after few months and when you try to get help they push you around and if you try to leave negative review you cant do that in their site. I guess most of these reviews are from their own staffs. Dont buy and be fooled
