Prior to paying i did a search on an email address and "we found information " pops up, asked to pay $1.95 to view full report. I do, I am informed NO INFORMATION FOUND! I reach out to support, I have 48 hours before I hear from support. So I try to do a death record search on my dead step father, and the search tells me I now need to pay $15 for a "premium search" to get that information! This is BAITING and I want my $1.95 back! I am super angry!

Please note that the preliminary search determines whether or not the person is in the United States by checking their records. This information is only provided as a resource. Even when the same search parameters are used, the preliminary search results may differ from those found in the member's area.

Also, the additional fees for Premium Reports are just optional add-ons. We must pay a price to gain access to this extra and very sensitive data, which is not available anywhere else. Nonetheless, you may close the pop-up message, and the search will continue uninterrupted.

Since no information was found on your search, we have issued a refund of $1.95. You should expect the amount to appear in your statement within 3–5 business days.

This is a scam. They claim to have the registered owner's name and Info just to get your credit card info and then once they run the report they don't have any info and they try to get more money from you. It's Clickbait bull$#*! total scam.

The initial fee was reasonable, but beware that you are automatically subscribed to a monthly subscription. I only needed one check, so had to cancel the subscription - easier to offer it as an option instead of automatic.

Your landing page says it will provide more information than it does. It does NOT show vehicle owner information. This was needed as the car is blocking my driveway and instead of having it ticketed and towed, I was going to give a courtesy call to the owner to save him $400-500 dollars. But your report did not have that info, so it was misleading.
