Prior to paying i did a search on an email address and "we found information " pops up, asked to pay $1.95 to view full report. I do, I am informed NO INFORMATION FOUND! I reach out to support, I have 48 hours before I hear from support. So I try to do a death record search on my dead step father, and the search tells me I now need to pay $15 for a "premium search" to get that information! This is BAITING and I want my $1.95 back! I am super angry!

The initial fee was reasonable, but beware that you are automatically subscribed to a monthly subscription. I only needed one check, so had to cancel the subscription - easier to offer it as an option instead of automatic.

Your landing page says it will provide more information than it does. It does NOT show vehicle owner information. This was needed as the car is blocking my driveway and instead of having it ticketed and towed, I was going to give a courtesy call to the owner to save him $400-500 dollars.
