I've looked up an email address that I know for a fact is active and has an owner and has a phone number connected to it and your report shows nothing and says nothing was found. I also searched a name and your report says no emails or phone numbers connected to it which I know the person has multiple emails and social media connected to it. So far your service looks like a complete scam.
