I started by submitting a people search through Zabasearch. That company actually processed their search through Intelus. It was tedious with artificial loading bars (this is a marketing trick. There is nothing actually processing) and pages that kept asking for MY information. I figured that I would just go straight to Intelus to get my search done directly. Their website is not intuitive at all. I tried setting up an account from the main page, but the only option I had to choose from was to login as an existing member. I had to do a Google search just to find a member registration page. When I logged in as a new member I tried doing the people search that I started out with and only found the people search option after extensively scouring the site. Once I finally found the people search, I was prompted twice to login again after I was already logged in. Once again, the search was bloated with artificial loading bars. Now I have to purchase reports separately from the membership?! Each report is $30. Are you kidding me?

Don't use Intelius an Internet information service I used them to find an old friends phone number. The number they supplied was correct but the area code was wrong.It had been changed 10 years ago. I wrote to them advising them of the error and first the sent me a reply that said they gave no refunds, which I never asked for. Then when I wrote to them the second time they say "Unfortunately, Intelius does not have the ability to delete a person linked in public records or update any information." so they are really saying is the error is 10 years old and we cant fix it.
