I was very excited about my order that I had placed with this company. I was given a 15% discount at check out. And my order was o the way. It took a week for it to be delivered. I get my order and to see that 1 I order 2 pieces from the company. I got only 1 item and it was the wrong item and of course, i am missing my 2nd item. There is no phone number to speak to customer service and their policy is NO REFUNDS exchanges will have to take place 7 days from receiving. I have been emailing this company for 3 days now. No one is replying to any of my emails. Im glad that I only spend $30.00 that I won't miss. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Not great for a pupply
January 14, 2021

I waited a very long time after ordering this toy for delivery, several several weeks. Anyhow, once delivered today around 1:00PM, my puppy had chewed through two of the ropes (I ordered the multipack) by 1:20PM. Does not suction to my hard wood floors, or my linoleum kitchen floor. Does suction to our doors in the house. Regardless, not a toy to help my chewing puppy.

I love being able to have my dog on a blanket I bought this blanket for my boyfriend who is active military and left his pup in the care of his brother across the United States. He was really missing him so I got this blanket so he can snuggle him from 2,500 miles away and he LOVES it! It was so special to surprise him with it:

I have a two year old power chewer golden retriever. I generally do not give her soft toys because she takes the stuffing and squeakers out and leaves stuffing and dead body parts everywhere. Because these do not have stuffing, she hasn't destroyed them yet. It's been over a month.

Awesome Glove

My husky is not a fan of brushing but with these gloves he doesn't seem to mind. The hair is easily wiped away. I was shocked at how much hair this actually removed within just minutes of using.

I made my order on the 11th of October. It was a Friday. I figured I'd give them until Monday to send me tracking, but Didn't get tracking information until the 19th! I reached out and they told me it had already left the warehouse. But when? Because the tracking specifically says a label was created but USPS has yet to receive it? They also said it may take up to 7 days to update tracking info in the system. Supposing that was true, why would they barely be sending out my package on the 19th when I ordered on the 11th? Seriously, that latest it should have gone out is Monday the 14th or even Tuesday the 15th. But the 19th? They have stopped responding to my emails. I also messaged them on Instagram and commented on their latest photo from September 24th. Nothing. Hope you see this on time and don't order from here.

VERY DISSATISFIED

I purchased the suction cup tug of war toy for my dog. The suction cup did NOT stick to any surface I tried, and the rope frayed immediately. I emailed customer service several times and never received a response. There is no return policy or customer service phone number. The toy was expensive and very poorly made. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!

If you never placed an order with us, then these charges did not originate from our business, and it’s very likely your card was compromised elsewhere. Please contact your bank immediately to report the unauthorized activity and dispute the charges.

We are a small business that works hard to serve real customers — targeting us for something completely unrelated to our operations is not only inaccurate, but deeply unfair. Worst experience

Worst experience of my life. For the first time i ordered online. I made a paypal account JUST to order a costume from them back in the beginning of October! I paid for fast shipping so my order could guaranteed be delivered before Halloween. I ordered a large costume for my dog. Weeks n weeks went by I asked them a lil before a week on email like what's going on, (btw) I should of known it was sketchy they have no phone number to contact them. Anyway they replied quite fast saying your product will be guaranteed delivered before Halloween' I said okay. Closer and closer Halloween came, I was still emailing them, they stopped answering after the first email they replied to me. I live in Canada so the costume alone plus extra shipping came to about over 60$. I received the costume weeks after Halloween. Pay Pal was no help ( I do not recommend using it) and indigo pet i is a legit scam. I should of read the reviews before I bought. Not just me out of $$ that spent towards this bs company. Very unprofessional they need to be shut down. Majority of their reviews are bad! Save your money ppl or give it to a legitimate website you're more familiar with

I bought the dental chew toy. I looked at several kinds and this seemed to have the best review. Within 20 minutes of giving the toy to my 15 lbs Bichon/Caviler it was completely shredded. Multiple emails to the company and no response. Funny because I still get daily emails from the about their sales. STAY AWAG FROM THEM!
