Best mug ever Im obsessed with mine it's honestly one of my favorite things I've ever bought. My pup coco is the light of my life and having her on my coffee mug makes me so happy every morning! Thank you so much!

The material is definitely durable, she still has puppy teeth which shred other rubbery toys. It's easy to clean and easy to add more toothpaste to, hoping she will grow into it more, very pleased overall with the purchase.

God-awful company and customer service. Wish I could give negative stars. I bought 2 toothbrushes and after failed attempts to talk to customer service, I finally reached someone who gave me instructions to return them. I followed their instructions and they kept my product and my money. Been trying to reach for 6+mos and no dice. They don't even reply to their BBB in Az. Save your money. Run away from this site. Hope you read this in time.

My mom loves it! This blanket is amazing! This was for my mom after we gave our dog of 10 years to our friends in another state. This dog was getting old and needed to be an only dog so it worked out better but my mom loved this surprise when we showed her. The blanket is so soft. We got a queen.

I spent a considerable amount of money and never received my items! They have no contact number and did not respond to six of my emails. They give you a fake tracking number for your purchase. They will take your money and you will never receive your items. What a disgraceful scam! The worst part is they say that they are donating a portion of the profits to animal rescues. What a joke! I really hope something can be none to catch these people and shut them down and make them pay all of the people back plus the animal rescues.

I received a custom one of a kind blanket from indigopetco. I was referred to indigopetco by my mother who has previously ordered some custom products from the site. The quality was really nice and it made a really great Christmas gift for my boyfriend

I do not feel comfortable giving my dog rawhide chews and so purchased this toy as an alternative. I rub a couple of lines of peanut butter across the bristles and put it in the freezer. When frozen I give the toy to my dog who loves to gnaw on the bristles to get to the peanut butter. I can even hear him grinding his teeth against the bristles. When the peanut butter is gone he stops chewing on the toy.

I really enjoyed the fact that these toys do not have cotton stuffing on the inside. With my dog being an aggressive chewer, she manages to destroy anything/everything that has cotton stuffing on the inside. These have been so fun and my dogs go to for toys to play with. She truly enjoys them and acts like a nut while playing with them. They have held up much better than I thought!

Horrible horrible company. Learned my lesson. Received two items I ordered way to late ( about a month to receive) once I got them I did not need the outfits anymore as they were Halloween costumes and I bought from a different store so I would have in time. They were unopened and I shipped them back. Took about a month to get them to refund me. Multiple emails and never had a response. Finally I got a response saying they put the refund through. I checked my credit card statement and I only recieved credit for one outfit not for the other one I returned. Asked for credit for the second one and no response. Thank you for steeling my money indigo petco. Terrible customer service and upsetting over such a small item they will not refund me as I sent them their products back. Stay away- not worth your time.

My dog is obsessed with this toothpaste. The purchased it to see if it would help with my dog's tartar buildup. It didn't just do that. In fact, some of the colorful buildup actually went away. Recommended

This toy is very durable, my teething pup will destroy toys in few days but not this one! She loves when we add peanut butter to it she will chew on it for hours! She also loves the squeaker! It comes with a brush to apply the peanut butter etc will definitely buy this toy again!

Late September - Ordered Holy Hound Dog and Deadly Doll Dog costumes.
10/9/19 - have not received order, Reached out to Indigo Petco on status.
10/9/19 - received email stating I will receive my order before Halloween.
10/19/19 - received text that order was shipped but did not give tracking number. Sent email to Indigopetco stated that I have a party on 10/26 and need costumes before then.
10/30/19-did not receive response from my 10/19/19 email, have sent another email asking for status and requesting directions on returning their costumes
10/31/19-received costume at 11:30am. However, only received 1 costume (Deadly Dog) and as of date (11/4/19) have not received the other costume or response to my email.

I ordered a costume that took 4 weeks to arrive. When I inquired about it many times, I was told that the order page noted that the item would be delivered before Halloween. The "add to cart" functionality was at the top of the page and only by scrolling allllllllll the way to the bottom of the page would anyone see that. Misleading no? When I brought that to their attention, I was basically told to deal with it. STAY AWAY! Order anywhere else. Literally anywhere else.
