I bought several times from this site. They always ship quick & they have great quality products. I emailed them once to change my address because I entered it wrong and they replied within 2 minutes and changed it for me. That's about as hassle free as it gets.
Ordered a toothbrush toy for my dog last week and he absolutely loves it. The toy arrived very quickly (less than three days) The toy had very clear and easy to understand instructions. Every interaction I had with the company was super simple and it really made it a good experience for me.
My husband loves it I bought this blanket for my father who is having a very hard time with the recent passing of our beloved dog. He said it is the best gift he has ever received and wraps himself up in it every night. The blanket is very soft. Now that I am sure of the quality I will be ordering other blankets.
My 7 month old puppy will not hold still to get his teeth brushed, and tried to eat the toothbrush instead. This is a great way for my pup to brush his own teeth and really get in there. Cleaning it was pretty easy too.

Practical and compact. Pay Attention to the amount of water that is limited enough for the 350ml version. But there is no loss of water so in principle it replaces a bigger bottle.

The Halloween costume we ordered on Oct 4th showed up the day after Halloween. Still not happy about the lack of response to email but at least we got the costume even if it was a day after it was needed... to bad it won't fit for next year. :(

I paid $29 with tax for a toothbrush for my dog and it was destroyed in 5 minutes. She's a small dog. The brush is too soft. Of course they do not have a phone number listed for contact so I'm waiting on an email. Lets see if they make good on my purchase
I purchased a Large Indigo Tooth brush for my 60 lb Labrador Retriever. It took only 5 minutes for the toothbrush to be chewed apart by my lab. At the rate the material fell apart, she would have had that thing torn apart by the hour. The company has yet to respond when I requested for my money back. This was the worst purchase and absolutely not worth the money. DO NOT BUY!

Been more than 3 weeks that I am waiting for my order. No response, no update, nothing.
Paying delivery fees, so that it arrives in less than 10 days... 30$ just thrown out of the window!

I have tried to get in touch with this company multiple ways. I used their customer service on their website, messaged them on Instagram, and left a review of the product on one of their pictures. Instead of responding, they blocked me. The product did not even last five minutes before my dogs chewed it to pieces. They have horrible customer service and horrible business management.
They're clearly in this game to make a quick buck before enough people realize it's a scam. Their products are cheap and fall apart in minutes and they have zero customer service. I've sent multiple emails and messages to the company with zero response. I wish I has reviewed them more thoroughly before purchasing.
I ordered 2 of the tooth brush bones since I have 2 dogs. I paid for 2, but only one was shipped. I have e-mailed them 3 times and they never answer. Do not waste your money on this company. The product didn't work either. The holes where the toothpaste was supposed to come through were too small.

It has been a month since I "received my order" and I have yet to hear back. There is no phone number to reach out to for customer service either. 10/10 don't recommend doing business with them even though they actually have nice products.

I was so excited to see a solution to dog hair in the wash cycle when Indigo pets popped up in my sponsored ads. I read through the comments and their site reviews and decided to go ahead and order two of the hair catchers. I tested them as soon as they arrived and they are a giant HOAX. I attempted multiple times in various ways after reaching out to their service team for a possible solution. They don't work with just one, they don't work with two. In one correspondence to me when that wasn't working they mentioned 2-3 of them. I have two and I REFUSE to purchase another one considering the first two haven't trapped a single hair. I have recorded video and taken pictures of my findings and reached out to indigo pet. While awaiting their reply I found on their site they do not offer refunds and therefor no satisfaction guarantee. They have disregarded my concerns and offered nothing helpful for the $30 am out. I could pay more money to ship their faulty traps back to them and receive a credit in which I might possibly pick up a non faulty product…but based on my experience, I don't wish to spend another dollar on this company. I wish there was better recourse for these type of companies because it's a giant scam.

They sent me a tracking number from USPS and it says it was delivered and of course it was not. My building has a security at front desk that holds my packages so I know nobody took it. Not in my mailbox either. Think they are using fake tracking numbers, this company is horrible. I reported them to Paypal
I ordered the toothbrush hoping it would work. Not for my dog. Ok, no problem. I initiated the return request within their 14 day allowance, but I never heard from them. I emailed 3 times over course of two weeks. And filled our their online contact form twice. I even threatened to file a complaint with BBB but they produced no response. So I filed the complaint with BBB but upon seeing other BBB reviews, it's clear they won't respond to BBB message. Not sure what'll come of all this. Make sure if you order something you won't need to contact CS because I believe they don't have one.
Ordered a costume for our therapy dog to where on Halloween to meet special needs kids. Was promised before Halloween and got nothing and still waiting. No response from them after several attempts now disputing charges to PayPal they were blasted so bad on Instagram they took down there acct.
I ordered the small/medium dog toothbrush and received one that looked completely different than the one advertised. I tried many times to contact them and never received a reply. PayPal said my item didn't look as different as the one advertised. Pictures attached. The light green square looking one is what I received. The one I ordered and expected is the darker green one. Will NEVER purchase anything from them again!
I usually don't waste my time writing reviews, but my dog Watson picked up on this toy/toothbrush immediately. He went to town on it when I added some chicken flavored toothpaste. We just started using so hopefully this benefits his oral health as designed. I thought this was kind of expensive, but it had proven totally with it.

With all the choices out there in pet supplies DONT deal with Indigo Pet Co. They advertise discounts that they don't honor. Delivery time is worthless and there are no returns. I can't say enough about how disgusting they are as a company.
