I dm'ed them and got a response in 5 minutes. 15/10 customer service.

They responded to me in like 10 minutes. Not sure why anyone else is having any type of issue contacting them?

This company has the worst customer service I've encountered. Multiple emails over the last 2 months and I have yet to receive a response. Don't worry though, their email advertisements still find a way into your inbox.

It's impossible. They don't exist. There is no phone number and they do not respond to email or Instagram messages.

Customer service is worthless. They do not care about their customets only money
