12 weeks, 20+ emails exchanged with 9 customer service reps later, still waiting for my order or refund. Oh don't ever bother calling them unless you want to be put on hold for 1 hour. Terrible, terrible service. Fraudulent advertising, I don't even know where to start with the issues with my order. All I want is my money back!
Most fraudulent ecommerce site i have come across. Useless customer service. In fact they stop responding to you once they are sure they dont want to help u.
They never deliver products on time. And deliver very poor quality items. I have experienced it twice and have completely stopped buying from them.
I was to receive a refund and even after 9 months i have still not received it. Never ever ever buy from them.

There are several numbers of products you can buy. Instead of visiting malls and shops to buy. You can buy things sitting at home or anywhere easily.

Simply shocked with the poor quality & service from this business. How can they get away with such a service? The representative just use the lines that have been written for no matter what the situation is... "Supervisor not available", "sorry for the inconvenience", "we appreciate your business"... and the list goes but they mean nothing when they say these phrases! Wonder if they even know what it means! Very disappointing experience. Clothes I received by designer, are dirty as if they were worn for fashion show, sweat into and then shipped to the customer! Yikes! Shipping is ultra delayed and when time come stop solve, "we are sorry for inconvenience, but we can't help!" BEWARE! It is a SCAM!

The WROST shopping site in India. So untrustworthy, customer service is very unprofessional. I would not recommend any of my friends/family to shop from them.My order number is *******, which was placed 2 months back, is still not delivered fully. I asked for refund but they are not doing that either. I am going to file a complain against them, and make sure I spread the word around.

They don't deserve even a one star rating, but had to apply it as a requirement.
I have written several reviews about these frauds who owe me money for goods never delivered. Got several emails with their bogus Namates and greetings and finally said they would contact PayPal on my behalf to see what happened to my refund. And, now they are ignoring my queries.
DO NOT give this lot your business. Warn as many people as you can. They show fabulous pictures of clothing which they probably do not have access to. If you see any positive reviews - most likely written by them.
I had ordered an ethnic dress from them... they never shipped for several months... of course customer service one of the best trained liars online... give me a different story each time... lot of time and monry wasted...
Finally had to get my bank in the USA involved for a refund.
After this I have observed they don't accept credit cards. Only PayPal.
Next they also blocked my account login... SO BEWARE

1. Liars. Missed the dispatch date after making multiple promises.
2. Cheap customer service. Don't care to inform you that the order will be delayed. When you ask for the order status, they start the investigation. After multiple days, they acknowledge that "this is just an exception that due to some unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to procure the products within the committed timelines."
How can they take it so easy when the payments were made a month in advance? Maybe their whole business is to keep the payments for the months and not deliver any goods.

I was quite impressed by the collection on their website and had ordered a beautiful saree more than a month ago (order no. *******). It was supposed to get delivered to me on Nov 22nd. Till now, it hasn't reached me. The status says "processing" on the website and contacting the customer service has so far resulted in only generic emails like we will look into the matter and let you know. I am extremely disappointed with their apathy and indifferent service and would not trust to shop with them again. I want my money back.

From my 1st follow up till last one same response give us 2 business days. And after each two business days same response we apologize. Worst customer service. Just Screw them..
I have had a very similar experience as other folks shared on this site.One of the items in my order was delayed 4 months, and after several inquires I was told they are unable to secure the item. When I asked for a refund, I was told I can only get a third of the price in store cash. The customer, who has already paid for the item, suffers for the store's lack of responsibility. One of my worst customer service experience - there are better ways to leave your customer wanting to come back and shop at your site.

One of the worst companies I've ever dealt with in buying items online. I was told I'd get a refund for a few sarees I bought in September which they "couldn't procure" due to "high demand" for these products. I still haven't got a refund processed which I will now inform PayPal about.
This company is a fraud they will not send you your items or refunds. Do not buy from them!

Ordered some dresses and jewellery 2 months ago, all with 14 days shipping policy. Did not receive the items yet. Tried to contact customer service but same answer all the time. Will ship out next week. Waiting for brands to supply. Needed items for wedding this weekend - no outfits. No help at all - will not provide me managers e-mail or phone number. Don't actually need the clothes after this weekend. I am Australian but needed it for an Indian wedding that I am an official guest at. I am wondering if all Indian companies are cheaters like these. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. I'm not even sure that this is a real company - they are probably scammers. I've just been scammed of a few hundred dollars. Stay away from them.
