I have had a very similar experience as other folks shared on this site.One of the items in my order was delayed 4 months, and after several inquires I was told they are unable to secure the item. When I asked for a refund, I was told I can only get a third of the price in store cash. The customer, who has already paid for the item, suffers for the store's lack of responsibility. One of my worst customer service experience - there are better ways to leave your customer wanting to come back and shop at your site.
