They tried to solve the issues which I raised. One of the representative called me and explained the details and apologized for the mistakes happened from their side. That is really appreciated.

I have been booking only through them for the last 8 years with at least one annual trip. Booking process was seamless as usual. However, their service has become sub-par. I was promised $60 cashback by their agent, Chaitan, during the booking which I was supposed to receive within 48 hours. I never heard back from them. I emailed them, texted them but nobody bothered to give a damn anymore since they have my money. One of the agents just outright lied about their policy and was dodging questions on the status and many other questions. The other agent told me Chaitan never put in a request in their system to process the deal. So he too lied to me. It's been more than 3 weeks now. They can keep the promised $60 cashback, it's more about breaking trust and confidence in your business than the money. By being this greedy and deceitful, you're just going to lose a long time customer after 8 years of doing business with you. Before this review is answered with the typical "reach out to us" message, I have tried all means including the feedback page on the website where I provided everything that was asked for. As expected, nobody reached out. Also, I'm clear here that I am no longer going to continue my business with you so don't come back with "hope you give us another try" or similar.

Indian eagle has the best customer service with well trained agents. Sadashiv is very knowledgeable and helpful. Was able to resolve my issue by contacting concerned depth and rescheduling my travel cheaper than the airlines

They will change your itenary multiple times without communication and force the customer to pay through zelle illegally. Please ave your money and book at other good websites. Very rude and unprofessional service
The first part, selling the ticket, was good - sales person was helpful reserving my and my mom's long flight from US. But frustration part comes a day before flying. I couldn't get seats together for my elderly mom. When expressed my concern, Indian Eagle asked to pay more to have both seats together. If both reservations were made together- the seat assignments should have been together as well. I called Emirates to upgrade to business class but answer was to go back to Indian Eagle. That means there was a constrain in my reservation by Indian Eagle that Emirates wasn't able to upgrade.
I'd never use Indian Eagle services ever again! They don't even have correct customer service phone number (*******969)

Please avoid booking ticket here if your plans May change as you will be charged se Vice fees even if the airlines issues full refund and you will made work hard to get your changes done specifically of the change was for a reason beyond your control
They will not explain you T&C. They hide information and ultimately if you change/Cancel itinerary it will cost your money. In my case because I have booked tickets from Indian eagle now $600 ticket is finally costing to $1000. But I don't have choice. Customer care person told if you want to travel then you have to pay. Also, Avoid Indian eagle if your travel dates are not fixed. They charge extra $240 per person. Better book you tickets directly from Airline website.

Indian Eagle sent me an email with the amount of the refund I would get from a fully refundable ticket. Yet after two months, I have only received a partial refund. I have called them several times, sent several emails, and have received no help at all.
Beware and avoid scam artists like this.
We had to re-book our tickets on Air India. Price online was below what we had paid originally. Yet, Indian Eagle claimed we had to pay an additional $245 and it was Air India that was charging as fare difference. We called Air India and they said we don't need to pay anything extra. Indian Eagle apparently was trying to take us for a ride and we called their bluff. Took me several hours to get this sorted out though.
My flight ticket was cancelled without notice. Only during web check in I came to know that the ticket was cancelled by the indian eagle agent. They did not provide any resolution saying that it is weekend and have to wait for Monday to have them investigate on the issue. I had to booked the tickets for next flight from my own pocket. The customer service kept on telling that the airways said that customer called in and cancelled the tickets, while the airline company confirmed that the agent cancelled it. I am not sure if they will pay for all the losses.
indianeagle.com is one of the worst run company and site; even if you book ticket you are not sure you will fly, reason once ticket is confirmed without even your permission they will cancel ticket; but they do quote very cheap price, but seems the way they make money is by the customer cancellation fee.
If you don't cancel they cannot make money, so without even your consent they will cancel ticket and will tell you that airline cancelled the ticket.
Beware of this site and stay away from it.

Indianeagle using the pandemic as an avenue to generate money and charging a hefty $75 per passenger(not ticket) for any cancellation, most of the cancellations are due to the Airline canceling the flights. Please stay away from Indianeagle.
Just wanted to share my experience, hopefully it will benefit others. Lesson learned in a hard way. Bought an airIndia ticket from IndianEagle, these third party companies are good as long as you don't change your plan but the minute you need to modify your travel plan you are stuck with their scammy policies. This time I needed to change dates. I found out that Airline does't impose any penalty to change dates, so essentially I just needed to pay the fare difference which was approx ~140 (for 2 people) and air india told me because I bought it from 3rd party they can't edit my ticket and I have to do it with Indian Eagle. Indian eagle tripled their price and I have to pay more than $420, I had no other option but to pay them because I was stuck. I learned very hard lesson and going forward will always book directly from airline there is absolutely no benefit using these 3rd party agents.
They offer a very user frindly interface for flight search and booking experience. Downside that I experienced is in their booking process. Once you have finalized your flight and made the payment, Indian eagle's backend team will take their own sweet time to verify your payment details and call you for confirmation. In my case it was well over 24 hours and by then the fare got increased.
Answer: "Money looters" is the word perfectly describes Indian Eagle. For flight tickets booked on Nov 7 2019 11:53 AM, I have been additionally/incorrectly charged due to technical glitch in their system. See the attached image. I'm supposed to receive refund within 3-4 days, but it's been close to 3 months and I'm still yet to receive the refund. I called/emailed several times, and I'm still waiting for the refund. Tremendous stress, and waste of time.
Answer: Company is a SCAM and you are unlikely to get what you ordered or your money back.
