They are a super shady company and even when you book they will charge your Card through 2 separate transactions - which is super shady.
Cancellations and modifications are super expensive. So no point trying to save a few bucks! Book through the airlines, they will not even talk to you if you book through Indian eagle.
This company is definitely running a scam - considering they are providing services to US residents - they could seriously run into a lot of trouble soon.

I was in the middle of booking and price changed. Needed the same return date because of some friends traveling on the same flight. Got a call from Bishal from Indian eagle who looked at the date and was able to find more reasonable price that I was getting anywhere for that flight. Thanks
The first part, selling the ticket, was good - sales person was helpful reserving my and my mom's long flight from US. But frustration part comes a day before flying. I couldn't get seats together for my elderly mom. When expressed my concern, Indian Eagle asked to pay more to have both seats together. If both reservations were made together- the seat assignments should have been together as well. I called Emirates to upgrade to business class but answer was to go back to Indian Eagle. That means there was a constrain in my reservation by Indian Eagle that Emirates wasn't able to upgrade.
I'd never use Indian Eagle services ever again! They don't even have correct customer service phone number (*******969)
I booked a return ticket to India which was Fully Refundable. I had to cancel due to an emergency and they emailed saying there is a cancellation penalty which is 50% of the ticket cost.
This cancellation penalty was not mentioned at any time during the booking of the ticket. No one answers their customer service line and they stopped responding to my email when I asked them about it.

Second, a multitude of factors including travel class, sub travel class, aircraft type, fare type, route, time of the year, and seat availability are factored in for calculating a fare difference. Third, promotional/discounted fares for new bookings do not apply to rescheduling of an existing reservation. Fourth, the price of a new booking and fare difference for a change of travel date are completely regulated by airlines, and as a travel agency, we have no control on it.
Our team works relentlessly to provide customers with the best available deals for new bookings as well as travel rescheduling. We gave you multiple quotes for different dates from January 11 to 16,2024 and ranging from $392.30 to $971.23. But you went on to cancel the reservation under the wrong impression that we were regulating the fare.

Beware. Worst travel agency to deal with. They play lot of games. Ask them about their cancelation charges before booking ticket.
Ask them about fare difference policy for date change. Indian eagle charges almost double fare compare to what airline offers for new travel dates. Don't do any business with this travel agency. They will rip you off eventually.
They initially sell ticket little cheaper but they will rip you off if you have cancelation or change in travel dates.
For example, if you buy ticket for $900 round-trip. If you decide to change dates then they will give you new fare as $1700. You can buy same ticket, same class, same airline for only $1000 or $1100 directly from Airline's website. Obviously, you would not pay another $800 fare difference when you can get exact same ticket from airline directly for $1000 or $1100. In this case, you would decide to cancel the ticket. They will charge you at least $400 plus change as cancelation penalties. If you book it directly with airlines then they will charge only $200 or $250 for cancelation fees. Hope everyone understands the gimmick by Indian Eagle and stop buying tickets. Don't go by these misleading reviews. They are very good at it.
Best thing is call their agent, get the best fare for your travel dates. Goto Airline's website directly and buy ticket from Airline. Trust me you will not regret.

Indianeagle is trying to scam us. They charged us almost double for flight tickets from new yorn to kolkata. We became sick and planned to change the travel dates when the prices are 1/3 of the previous tickets. The customer care did not explain anything and informed us that I would receive email with an adjustment price. We were expecting to get back some money because the prices were very low on alternate dates. But they send us quotes asking for even more (almost additional half price) money. We could not accept they offer and in the mean time our sickness worsened and we decided to cancel our travel plans. We tried to discuss with them but again they suggested to cancel online and they gave use a fraction of the paid money back.
We had no choise than opening disputes with our bank. Now they became very active and even threatening us through email to close the dispute. So disappointed to their policies and scamming mentality. My worst experience in life. All people should be very concerned with IndianEagle (simply a scammer).

The fare difference quoted to you was less than 20%, not half price, of the fare you paid for the actual booking.
You are expected to understand that we are bound to follow the airline policy with respect to rescheduling, fare difference, and booking cancelation penalties. Furthermore, we have no role in airlines’ decisions regarding whether to provide cancelation fee waivers or refunds on medical grounds. To be precise, ticket and fare rules are absolutely governed by airlines. Unfortunately, Air India does not waive cancelation penalties on medical grounds, unless a confirmed flight is canceled due to operational issues, inclement weather, and government regulations.
Kindly note that you visited our website on 6 November 2023 and canceled the reservation by accepting the cancelation charges, USD 525 per traveler. With your consent, we worked on the cancelation request and processed a refund of USD 1064. After the cancelation from your end, you disputed the entire ticket cost with the bank. However, we wanted to resolve the dispute amicably.
