I booked a return ticket to India which was Fully Refundable. I had to cancel due to an emergency and they emailed saying there is a cancellation penalty which is 50% of the ticket cost.
This cancellation penalty was not mentioned at any time during the booking of the ticket. No one answers their customer service line and they stopped responding to my email when I asked them about it.

Such a cool website. Very well thought-through and efficient to use. Also got us the cheapest flights out of any site for our latest trip, and it's done that for me once before. It doesn't have the cheapest prices 100% of the time, but it often does.

The first part, selling the ticket, was good - sales person was helpful reserving my and my mom's long flight from US. But frustration part comes a day before flying. I couldn't get seats together for my elderly mom. When expressed my concern, Indian Eagle asked to pay more to have both seats together. If both reservations were made together- the seat assignments should have been together as well. I called Emirates to upgrade to business class but answer was to go back to Indian Eagle. That means there was a constrain in my reservation by Indian Eagle that Emirates wasn't able to upgrade.
I'd never use Indian Eagle services ever again! They don't even have correct customer service phone number (*******969)

I was in the middle of booking and price changed. Needed the same return date because of some friends traveling on the same flight. Got a call from Bishal from Indian eagle who looked at the date and was able to find more reasonable price that I was getting anywhere for that flight. Thanks

Booked my flights thru this site and it has been a horrible experience since day 1. I am still waiting on my credit since past 6 months. Customer service as well as management just assure that you will get the credit but no action taken. Its a SCAM please do not book from this site.

So after writing review regarding the exchange with Indian eagle same representative approached and asked me to provide them my mothers death certificate for refund. Which I did so let's see how long it's going to take. I will put a new update soon as this is resolved.
I book a ticket last year 7 March 2022 but before my driving date my mother expired so India eagle give me 1 year credit means I can rebook with them before 7 March 2023. Now my travel date is fixed with the family all together going in April and I called to reuse my credit. The guy say if I don't use it before 7 March they going to charge me cancellation fees and no show fees both together. $720 that's just insane I used India eagle 4 times already but through kayak but I learned my license not to give my business to these people. When I asked the agent to show me the policy about these charges Send me the email. He put me a hold for 20 minutes. Finally I knew is never coming back. Straight up crooks
Terribly unpleasant experience. First they portray that they are giving ticket for very less price and if for some reason you end up for rescheduling you are killed. They give unrealistic reschedule fares and then ask to cancel if not required with a lot of high cancellation fees. The worst is, keep a tab on your credit card, they even make fraudulent charges like after an year. I have raised complaints to all sort of agencies and got back my $1010 back which was charged! Fraud company
It's good as long as you traveled with the ticket, if you cancel or make adjustments, gone. You have to fight with them and even they don't provide a response to the credit card companies as well. The simple tag is Flights companies are delaying the refunds, so pls wait another 18-20 weeks.
The worst customer service and they will provide only one email, whenever you sent an email to that mail id, always receive a response like below.

People make mistakes. Companies/systems have some errors occur. But what makes up, is the customer service that can act and rectify these mishaps. I have been waiting for literally 2 months for a refund of over charges by Indian Eagle. Every time I call them there is creative story as to why they have not processed the refund. Indian Eagle and the their Customer Service manager Ramakrishna are the living examples of what customer service should **not** be. Please stay away from this company and fraudulent services. During the pandemic situation, these guys cheating customers. When the airlines do full refund, indianeagle charge 75 to 150 per customer in giving back your own money for flight cancellations. Whole bunch of idiots. Never saw this kind of fraud. They do not know when to do business. Hope these should go bankrupt soon.
Please avoid booking ticket here if your plans May change as you will be charged se Vice fees even if the airlines issues full refund and you will made work hard to get your changes done specifically of the change was for a reason beyond your control
They will not explain you T&C. They hide information and ultimately if you change/Cancel itinerary it will cost your money. In my case because I have booked tickets from Indian eagle now $600 ticket is finally costing to $1000. But I don't have choice. Customer care person told if you want to travel then you have to pay. Also, Avoid Indian eagle if your travel dates are not fixed. They charge extra $240 per person. Better book you tickets directly from Airline website.

I appreciate the support provided by the Indian Eagle customer service. Having multiple itineraries, I was a bit confused about the online flight booking process but the person listened to me calmly and helped me out. I must say I got really cheap deals. I basically had a good experience and hassle-free booking.

Indian eagle booked my round trip to Delhi for traveling in April. I postpone my travel plans and cancelled my booking for personal health reasons just before the Corona outbreak affected international travel. As I cancelled the reservation before the airline cancelled tickets for affected flights, i was denied refund for the cancellation. Indian eagle intervened in the matter and got me refund from the airline on medical grounds. I was greatly helped by their sincere service though it took longer to get refund credited in the current situation. I did not mind paying them the refund processing fee for their genuine service.
Answer: "Money looters" is the word perfectly describes Indian Eagle. For flight tickets booked on Nov 7 2019 11:53 AM, I have been additionally/incorrectly charged due to technical glitch in their system. See the attached image. I'm supposed to receive refund within 3-4 days, but it's been close to 3 months and I'm still yet to receive the refund. I called/emailed several times, and I'm still waiting for the refund. Tremendous stress, and waste of time.
