"Money looters" is the word perfectly describes Indian Eagle.

For flight tickets booked on Nov 7 2019 11:53 AM, I have been additionally/incorrectly charged due to technical glitch in their system. See the attached image. I'm supposed to receive refund within 3-4 days, but it's been close to 3 months and I'm still yet to receive the refund. I called/emailed several times, and I'm still waiting for the refund. Tremendous stress, and waste of time.

SCAM. Booked business class got premium economy and they pretended like it was supposed to be that way. Barely scratched a partial refund so they took money from us. We are complaining to FTC & BBB.

Agree with many negative reviews with this company. Tough to do business with, also the sales guys trained to be talkative and repetitive, never listen to customer issues or requirements. Do not suggest any one to back here,

I have bought and traveled using tickets purchased via Indian Eagle multiple times. Im not sure why people have issues with them. Just completed another booking with them and Im able to view the reservation on the airline website using the airline confirmation code within 20 mins of the online credit card payment submission.

Its a very much Legit company. So far I have booked 6-7 times with them while flying from USA to Kolkata.

I have been using IndianEgle for quiet some time, their online chat is pretty good for any questions. Some people may have bad experience but the company is legit.

Scam artists. Avoid them. They sold me a ticket for a flight that the airlines later said they were no longer operating. And then refused to refund the money.

It is not a trust worthy company. They will be behind us until we buy a ticket with them after that they dont care about us
