I made a change in to my travel plan and they charged me additional cost which is reflecting nowhere. When I asked them -First time one guy told it is he fare difference. When I called Qatar for validating this statement- they mentioned the price of the flight ticket was same as what I booked and there are no cancellation/modification due to the pandemic COVID-19. So, he mentioned that he will comeback to me with a resolution. He never came back so I called them again, after a week and then they put me on hold for long time and they gave the same answer even after that. If they are charging, they should be genuine and shouldn't give incorrect information.
This way customers will definitely loose trust and I personally will not use this website anytime in near future and I would definitely tell all my friends and colleagues not to use this website.
Thanks for being SOOOOO TRUST WORTHLESS and stealing money from people.
World is suffering from the Pandemic COVID-19 and these people are busy making money out of it!
