. It's been two days and the cake hasn't been delivered. Earlier used this app to order cake but got cancelled so they said no refund only coupon available. After that when we re ordered the cake for a city they deliver. They haven't done that also. It's been two days they are making us wait. And then I typed " India cake scam" got to know about many such bad reviews. So reading all the comments. I have reached to consumer court and filed a complaint. So all the people out there do not worry will make sure everyone gets the refund amount. It's a small amount but it might take months.we shall fight together

It took time to deliver the cake but overall it was good... price is little bit high... Initially I paid 150 for time slot and later 100 rupees for delivery charge... Cake price was 590 & I paid 250 rupees additional for time slot & delivery which is close to 42% of cake price... This additional amount could have been lower say 20-25%...

More over I booked slot after 2 PM but cake was delivered at 6:30 PM... then what is d benefit of paying 150 rupees for time slot...

I understand you people are providing best service on special occasions such as Birth Day but as I said overall price is on higher side... if you can reduce additional price to max 25% and make sure that cake is delivered as per time slot then it would have been great... I need to make calls 2-3 time as product was delivered bit late...

I have placed the order 2 days back ( order Id: *******) and did a followup on delivery date. Customer support gave me wrong assurance about order delayed due to rains in Delhi. Then they called recipient saying order was placed 10 mins ago and we cant deliver before 11:00pm night. Another call with support & they say recipient has ignored delivery for the day! I am aghast with the way this was managed ( un-managed). They are yet to learn about professionalism and commitments.

Note: I have been ordering cakes from them earlier but this year had been highly disappointing.

This is a fraud company stealing money from the customers without delivering the cake. Once I made the order I received an email saying I need to make an additional 275 rupees for the delivery and only then the order will be processed. Rs. 575 was taken from my account in April 2023 and now in October 2023 they are still saying they'll contact me in 24 hours and cutting the call abruptly. Very bad customer service, no response to emails and fraud company. Please don't buy here and waste your hard earned money to these fraud people.

I have booked a birthday cake on 03.05.2020 and it has to be delivered on the same day.
But still today 05.05.2020 it has not delivered and no refund came.

People ordering cakes on special occasions like birthday, anniversaries, and these worst companies spoiling the happiness of customers.

If they can't deliver then why taking orders to close the shop. Why collecting money from people through this medium.

These types of companies spoiling country names as putting India on their websites.

I got only disappointment from IndiaCakes. Yesterday I ordered a Black Forest cake, which was supposed to be delivered on the same day, but even after 36 hours of order, it has not been delivered. I tried to know the status through chat and email, but they never responded. Still the order is showing as forwarded to vendor (proof attached) and probable date of delivery is showing as 30/08/2020, whereas today is 31/08/2020. Worst service they provide, not deserve even a single star rating.

Very worst/Horrible/Ir-responsible experience for their services. I am living out of INDIA and i ordered a cake for my daddy's birthday on 04–02–2021. Till now the cake was not delivered and customer care just pick and cut the call for more than 20 times. First they should understand the meaning of customer service. I still have no idea of my cake and money. Who ever seeing this post visit your nearest cake shop directly and order for your loved one. My order ID: *******

Hello, please never order from indiacakes.com.
They are running a scam here. After you place the order you will receive an email asking for around 275/- rs of delivery charges citing that your location far from their centre. They wont tell you their centre address. And more over when i asked them to refund the amount they are telling me that they cant refund the amount and that they can give you vouchers and all. Please do not order from this website. Dont know if they are running any bakery or just doing scam.

India Cakes is Fraudulent company. I have ordered cake 21st Oct 2022. After placed my order I received an email that I need to pay additional 275Rs. I didn't receive my order. I tried to reach their number but couldn't reach. I lost my money.

Order no- ******* was not delivered even after they provided coupon as a refund for the second time.
I ordered cake half kg on 01/10/2021 full amount was paid Rs 674 but company didn't delivered the product. Then they provided one coupon and against that coupon I ordered a cake again worth only of 499 keeping it cheap for delivery charge and changing location as per their convenience on 23/aug/2021 but again they are not providing the delivery ( expected date was 31/08/2021. In previous order they mentioned that they cannot deliver in the remote area because after ordering they asked for extra delivery charges and now when I changed my delivery location after confirmation with them on customer service call as well but still they are not resolving the matter. Expected - I want that company should initiate whole money refund asap. Coupon not required as they have failed to deliver it on coupon also.

I ordered a cake, I entered pin code to check whether they deliver to my place or not. After ordering they asked for extra 200 rupees, Then i asked to cancel the order. I never got the response and they charged the amount without delivering. Customer care people are worst than their delivery. They gave me a coupon code instead of refund and when i asked few questions they started cutting my phone saying i am being rude. Worst service. Never order from them.

I have placed an order in indiacakes.com around and I have made the payment. After sometime they have sent an another email asking for extra money of 275. This was not communicated while placing the order. Still I paid since I don't want to miss the cake for my Mom's birthday. But they never delivered the order and nor did they pickup the phone when I called and after 2 days they sent me email saying they will provide me a coupon. What should I do with it? Never ever trust this company.

I ordered a cake from the the listed delivery time has passed so long back and the cake has not yet reached. There customer service is even more absurd no proper answers and replies I have called them endless times and they have no answer. They charged extra 297 for delivery which was nowhere mentioned on there site and still they did not get my ordered delivered on time, I just don't get how are they even rated 3.9 where they deserve a big 0

Let me save you your hard-earned money and give you an honest opinion as a customer of the service at India Cakes. Start by leaving their website, it happens to be the worst service I've come across, starting from the options of cakes, quality, customer service, accounts, etc. save yourself with other options. I have left my money to them as a charity since I won't get it back.
