I have ordered cake ******* on 06.01.2021 with delivery at any time on the same day.My order has been accepted and payment processed. Later after 7 hours i have received email stating extra delivery cost of Rs. 250/- to be paid. I informed them to cancel the order. I have sent number of emails, raised ticket and had chat with customer care where I have no response for the refund at all.

Minimum response of customer care will be expected by the customer for the amount paid by them. Never expected this, wont recommend!

It's a fraud company. They take the order and prepayment and will ask you to pay extra money saying your address is far but cake will not be delivered. After that you will be keep calling for refund, they will disconnect your call or behave with you in a cheap way. This is their pattern. They are not selling cakes. Beware of this scammer.

Friends, be careful, its a fraud company. All orders are prepaid, once payment is done, you will not get your delivery ever and you will only keen on following with the customer care support who are very rudeasec.

Most horrible experience, they take the money promising delivery before 2pm and not only sense u another bill stating additional delivery where u already pay for shipping and delivery. Cake didn't arrive guests left. 3 times in a row this has happened. When I called the number given very rude unanswered staff just hanging up on customer

I purchased a dark chocolate chips chocolate cake for my son's birthday. The late-night delivery option was chosen, and it arrived on time. You made our day memorable and pleasurable. I would strongly recommend IndiaCakes to everyone!

Looks most of the positive reviews are fakes. I believe so because I had terrible experience.
After ordering cake, they had sent an email link for extra Rs. 250 delivery charge. I paid. My order number is *******, ordered on Aug, 28,2021. Even after repeated calling, they never delivered it. Finally on Sep 10,2021 they cancelled the order but not ready to refund, they will only give a coupon to use it later.
Terrible customer service.

Dont order from IndiaCakes they are cheaters, fraud. You will never get ur delivery on the given date. Customer executives are worst and ill mannered. I wish i could give Indiacakes a minus rating. Disgusting service

They are scam. They asked me to pay extra for the delivery and didn't deliver. When called the customer care she right away said it can't be, when she was so sure of that before placing also I did confirm with them about the delivery and now there is no refund with their company. I would suggest better use other website!

Worst and pathetic. Ordered black forest cake and requested for midnight delivery with extra charges paid. They were least bothered to prefer the customer time and delivered on their own time. When called the customer support the lady was like they are being charged 300 for deliver from franchise and all crap and I already paid for midnight delivery charges which is utter waste. I got the cake delivered almost 26hrs late stating driver met with an accident. And now it comes to cake that has no quality and is completely smashed. I do have pic but unable to post here as I don't see any option.

This is a completely unprofessional company. Please stay away from it, not to spoil whatever happy occasion you are planning to celebrate.
(1) They do not deliver on time. What's the point is getting a birthday cake once the celebrations are over! This is if you are lucky to get the cake at all, based on other reviews.
(2) Their customer care numbers are useless. They put you on hold indefinitely and then automatically disconnect saying their executives were busy & there would be call back. There is no call back.
(3) They are not transparent in pricing. They send an email on the evening of the day before the delivery asking for additional charge on delivery ostensibly because "the delivery place is far from our center". This is despite collecting the location details at the time of order. Reading through other reviews, I now realise this is their standard ploy to make more money.

I placed an order for a birthday cake which was supposed to be delivered yesterday (13. 11. 20). It has not been delivered till today (14. 11. 20). I understand that such mistakes can happen but a couple of things made me realize that they are deliberately doing this. First of all when I click the Track Order link it opens the home page with a message below saying that "we are offline ". Secondly when I try calling their customer care number, repeatedly, I am always the 6th person in the queue, which after a couple of minutes become the first person on the queue and then, their agents are said to be busy and the line gets disconnected with a promise that they would call back but nothing happens. I shall never ever use their services. I am certain that I have lost my 600 bucks.
I don't know from where they got their 4.5 review.

Ordered cake for my mother's birthday and they confirmed delivery and payment receipt by email and over phone... However they never bothered to deliver nor bothered about informing the same. However on repeated follow up they forwarded an email asking for additional delivery charges which is totally contrary to the promise made and as they announced on the website...

On my refusal to pay additional payment the customer care stopped picking my calls and after a week's followup from various numbers they sent a refund coupon asking to order after few months.

Please beware and it's fraud and all the positive comments are using fraud promotion agencies...

Think before ordering with this website, if you don't want to be embarrassed or cheated.

Never ever trust this company. I have placed an order in indiacakes.com around and I have made the payment. After sometime they have sent an another email asking for extra money of 275. This was not communicated while placing the order. Still I paid since I don't want to miss the cake for my friends birthday. But they never delivered the order and nor did they pickup the phone when I called.
