I have placed the order 2 days back ( order Id: *******) and did a followup on delivery date. Customer support gave me wrong assurance about order delayed due to rains in Delhi. Then they called recipient saying order was placed 10 mins ago and we cant deliver before 11:00pm night. Another call with support & they say recipient has ignored delivery for the day! I am aghast with the way this was managed ( un-managed). They are yet to learn about professionalism and commitments.

Note: I have been ordering cakes from them earlier but this year had been highly disappointing.

I have placed my order yesterday before 7 PM for same day, I have selected normal procedure for delivery, But my order is not delivered yet, Today i am going to talk there customer care live chat, they have not help me when it will deliver they just copy and paste you have order after 7 PM, I have mention my order number to him and timing of my ordered then he said you have to order before 2 PM for same day, He is not polite, he is not have a sense how to talk to customer, and how handle customer,
When i have order for same day before 7 PM, if India Cakes are not able to delivered their orders for same day after 2 PM, then why they took that order. They have to stop me at that time when i was going to order for same day. This is not the way and i also mention please teach your customer care executive how to handle customer and how to talk i think this is much better for your business. You have lost your 4 customer for my side (My family member). And if recommend to my friends also dont use IndiaCakes :)

We ordered a combo of cake, bouquet and chocolate from Indiacakes. The combo had an attractive packaging. The bouquet was very beautiful and the flowers were fresh and it smelled really nice. My friend really loved it. The cake was also tasted amazing and it was so soft and fresh. Although the prices were a bit higher than the market prices but we got it delivered at our doorstep and the quality was very good so it was all worth it.

No wonder Indiacakes is one of the most reliable online cake delivery sites in India. Their services are commendable. Be it the quality of their products, be it their delivery time and delivery services, everything is perfect for me. Their cakes are always so delicious and melt in the mouth like they have just come out of the oven. Even the bouquets that they deliver are made of fresh flowers. I would definitely recommend Indiacakes to everyone.

My sister ordered a cake from indiacakes a few days back for our house party. The cake was pre-ordered because we wanted some customizations. We loved the cake that was delivered to us. The design was exactly as per our specifications; the cake was fresh, soft and delicious. We got it right on time, although we had to pay extra for our customizations but it was worth it. Our friends also loved the cake design and the taste.So 10/10 from us for Indiacakes. We have already recommended it to our friends.

I have ordered from India cakes twice or thrice. Their services are satisfactory. The quality of their products is also up to the mark, though the delivery could get delayed for few minutes but that can be overlooked if we consider the quality that they maintain. I really like their midnight delivery services as it saved me from a huge embarrassment once. I guess Indiacakes is a brand you can trust.

Whenever it comes to online ordering of cakes and bouquets, I always prefer indiacakes. It has been a year since I have been taking cake and gifts delivery services from India cakes. The prime reason for trusting indiacakes is that, they deliver even on urgent basis and midnight's and there quality is always at the par. I have even tried their cake delivery services for other cities and the results were very good. Whenever, I am in a hurry or I don't have time to buy cakes or I want to surprise my friends and family on special occasions, I always seek services of Indiacakes.

My wife had a really bad experience

She placed an order for a 1 kg birthday cake in coffee flavour on the occasion of her grand mother's birthday with India Cakes vide order no. *******830 dated 9th June 2017. They had confirmed the delivery of the same at Ponkunnam, Kerala on 12th June 2017. When she called the customer support executive they further confirmed the weight as 1 kg and that the same would be as shown by them online.
However, she was aghast to see the photo of the cake delivered to her grandmother since it neither had any resemblance to the one agreed upon nor had it come anywhere near the weight promised. She felt cheated as it was supposed to be a surprise for her grandmother. She took up the case with India Cakes the same day and they were very casual and unapologetic about the goof up. There was neither any remorse nor any regret on their part. The cake was not coffee flavour as it was stated in the mail by the company. It was a plain 1/2 kg chocolate cake which was sourced from a local bakery called Aryas.

Her grand mother contacted the local delivery agent who profusely apologised for the cake delivered and even agreed to send a fresh piece. That was not to be since the birthday was already over. He further stated that the order given to him was for Rs 700 and what he had provided was a cake bought for Rs 300. The transition of the cake from an order costing me Rs 1560 to the one delivered at a cost of Rs 300 is beyond comprehension

Good customer service and quality products. They have variety of cakes in all flavors and unique designs. It is Pocket friendly. I wanted to send a birthday cake for my mother as i am not living in the same city. I was confused about the sites as many of the sites were not offering delivery services in my hometown. An office colleague suggested me to order from Indiacakes, and i did that. Quality, Delivery, Prices everything was just perfect. My mother loved the surprise and i am thankful to Indiacakes.

I ordered Rs. 1,500 worth Blueberry cake with India Cakes for Kolkata, from thier Special cakes category, as it looked aesthetic and cool but got delivered a cheap looking standard cake worth less than half the money.

Chat with the customer care I got reply saying "its mention on the site, flavor remaining the same decoration will differ'.

Guys you are better off with other suppliers than this one! They are cheaters and unreachable. I called the number *******2222 but they say it is only for taking orders, no one to listen.

The said order is delivered as per specification mentioned on website Proper cake was delivered

If you compare the design shown on website and actual delivered, then it will not be the same as shown on website, because cake is made by hand and every time the chefs are different

It is not possible to make the cake every time as shown on picture and the said disclaimer is mentioned on website below the products photos

Hence we cannot accept the complaint
