Stay away from this website. They don't know how to track the order, give update. All these are fake reviews I guess. Had to call everyday 1 week to get my refund. And finally they said they cannot provide refund, but a coupon to purchase another cake. Purchased second cake and the cycle continued. STAY AWAY and save your money.
My order id is *******. I provided an additional 250 to get the cake delivered as soon as possible to my address.
But the day has already past and the cake is not delivered yet. The worst part is, I can't even get hold of any india cakes to support guys or customer care.

I have ordered cake for My Sister Birthday and paid extra 200 to get deliver on time.
But the cake was not even delivered on the schedule date and when tried to call customer services first have to dial again and again for 40-50 minutes and when explained them the situation they said it will be delivered today and directly hand up the call:(

I order 2-tier wedding cake and roses bouquet for my friend wedding. It shows one in picture and they delivered different one. They didn't even deliver bouquet. And they charged 4700rs. It's not even 10 rupees worth. We just threw in dustbin. If you order cake from this website, you will end up with disappointment. And it will spoil special moments. I added images also for reference what I ordered is white cake below, I got that yellow one.

I placed an order for cake paid for everything. And after some time they are asking me to pay 200 extra otherwise my order will not be delivered. They have delivered on this address 3-4 times before. But still they were making excuses for paying me extra amount. When I was trying to call customer service firstly no one picked up. After four times they picked up my phone and the customer service agent was really rude. I was talking to her and she hanged up my phone. No one was replying me back on chat or on emails. I have been using this service but now I would say to everyone don't use their services. I was a worst experience ever.
The cake I ordered is very delicious & fresh. It was my sister's birthday and I have to surprise her at 12 mid-night so I ordered from India cakes and they make it on time. I appreciate their service. Thank you Indiacakes.

I ordered a cake week before. Since the destination was a suburb I spoke to their rep just to double confirm and booked the cake. Once I booked the cake I got a second mail saying that I will have to pay extra 250 rs as the destination is far off. ( it was not informed to me while booking). I paid for that as well but the cake was not delivered, I kept on calling, no one answered the call. The website shows your order is placed and in process.it was supposed to get delivered yesterday.

IndiaCakes provides the best customer care service. While ordering my cake I mistakenly chose the wrong address. Before dispatching, I quickly contacted them and he solved my problem within a few minutes. Great service!
The cake which I ordered was delivered late. Eventhough I ordered 2 days in advance for butterscotch, delivered black forest. Also charged 100 shipping charges at the time of order and 200 extra on the day of delivery. The customer service was really bad, I mailed them to change the message but got no response. I was shocked to see "?" on the cake which I gifted. Felt cheated badly.

I made an order on 14th Oct for my Mom's birthday and this site promised to deliver the sameday but there is not even a single response from their side if they are gonna deliver or even fail to deliver. I myself called their support team to ask about the order and what they say is you will get your money in 21 working days. I mean how reckless they can be! And their call representative just muted her phone and shouted that you will have to wait for 21 days and I will not initiate the payment today.
Never gonna order from this site in my life again. Its better to not involve with these kind of fake websites who are only looting people.
Worst experience ever!
I have been shopping here for years and it never disappoints. On summer week ends you must get there early or you could wind up waiting over an hour. The crumb cake is superb but my favorite is the "jelly stick". No matter what you select it is going to be wundebar.
