I have been shopping here for years and it never disappoints. On summer week ends you must get there early or you could wind up waiting over an hour. The crumb cake is superb but my favorite is the "jelly stick". No matter what you select it is going to be wundebar.
These people are frauds. They should be beaten up for looting people. They charged 900 from me but didn't even deliver my order. I don't know why these kind of companies are still working. They didn't even give me a refund. Not even picking up there calls.
This online cake delievery site deserves more than 5 star rating... what an excellent cakes they serve... i was really shocked with their same day delivery and their timely service with such an amazing packaging
This service appears to be fraudulent. I placed an order for a cake, and despite their website clearly stating that normal delivery is free (INR 0), they insisted on additional delivery charges Rs 250. When I attempted to communicate with their chatbot, it continuously pressured me to pay the extra delivery fees, even though I requested the cancellation of my order. They have left my order in a pending payment status.
Got the refund after just 45 days wait period+ dozens of attended calls+ dozens of ignored calls+ ignored emails+ "we won't mail the same to you, sir; it is limited to jst the call" replies.
2 stars for finally returning my wholesome amount.
Free tip: the support executive needs to come up with better reasons than "The delivery boy met with an accident, sir; we will deliver you the next day."

I ordered a strawberry cake for my daughter's birthday. I opted midnight option, that's why I was a little worried, but I got my delivery on-time. Presentation and taste were also very good. Keep it up, Guys!

Worst customer service, everyone hangs up, they dont have simple decency, their cakes are stale and rotten, they don't deliver even after taking extra charges and they dont give refunds, they just give those foolish coupons which are of no use as they dont deliver any cake whatsoever. IndiaCakes have ridiculous service. I just discovered that you guys have a policy of not writing messages on cake. Also, if a person pays INR 200 for mid night delivery and the order get delivered next day evening. After all this you refuse to refund the mid night delivery feed.
Never buy anything from this website, worst site to buy anything also they show some other amount to pay and after the payment they charge something else. I ordered one cake from them and they just showed that it will be delivered on that particular day but actually they did not spoke to vendor. Worst website to go for.
I ordered a cake on Dec 23rd. After one hour I got a mail stating that an additional Rs. 250 has to be paid for transportation. I paid the same immediately. However till now I have not got the cake nor any refund. Big cheats. Whenever I call them, their customer care disconnects the call. My son's birthday party also got spoiled due to this reason. I made a very big mistake ordering through their portal. Got mislead by their fake advertisements.
I ordered a red velvet cake from Indiacakes. There was some issue in my order so, I contacted them through email and I must say their email support is very quick. Their delivery service is also very good. Highly recommended.
Never oder a cake from this website, they indirectly beg for money and no response from them on email and they hung up the call. They are just cheaters. Please use Zomato and swiggy where you get answers, don't book from this site.

I mostly order cakes from IndiaCakes on any occasion because they always deliver it on-time. Last time I have mistakenly filled my office address instead of my home's address. I mailed them my query of changing delivering address and they responded very fast. Great services guys!
