Ordered cake from this site which was meant to arrive before 2 PM next day at my location Thodupuzha but nothing arrived. Tried contacting the site via messaging and no one responded, tried like 5 times and each time connected to different analyst but no one responded. Tried calling the number and it was just on the queue then after 3 minutes the call hang itself suggesting we will call you back but no one called be back so far. I tried calling at least 15 times only managed to talk to someone one time. They just took my order number and without saying anything hanged up after 1 minute. In my opinion this is a fraud site and there is no gurantee you will get your item and you will never be able to get a refund or found out more about your order. Also tried emailing but as expected no response.

I have ordered Butter scotch for 2 different location but they have deliver Black forest and strawberry cake with worst service. I have orderd same day delivery option. My goodness how hard to deal with these people to arrange the delivery. I tried minimum 100 times even though they have delivered it after one day. Very worst online service which i have ever seen. I have photo's and order confirmation. If any one need i am ready to give you all. Very worst service. Complete zero recommendation.

I have ordered many times from India Cakes and the experience so far has been great. Although there has been delay in the order once or twice but it was manageable. The best thing about ordering the cakes from Indiacakes is that, you get to eat the most delicious and fresh cakes ever. Even if we have to pay a bit higher than the normal market prices but once you have the cake you feel that it is worth it. A few of my friends from office also loved these cakes and now have started ordering from Indiacakes only. Great service and Great Cakes is all I can say about Indiacakes.

I had ordered a cake for my relative in Alleppey. Cake was very good. Problem was with delivery. India cake sent me a mail at last hour requesting Rs 200 extra for delivery since the place was far from their center. Either India cake needs to incorporate this while accepting the booking or they need to review requests 1-2 day before delivery date. Sending a email on delivery date at evening at last hour for extra delivery charge is not good. Luckily I checked my mail and made the payment.

An awesome experience. I ordered cake online for my mom and dad's anniversary, later i told them to edit and add cherry and candle on day of delivery & the shopkeeper accepted the changes happily. Cake was delivered on time. The taste of cake was really good as per my family & relatives. I hope they will keep the same taste.

Whenever it comes to online ordering of cakes and bouquets, I always prefer indiacakes. It has been a year since I have been taking cake and gifts delivery services from India cakes. The prime reason for trusting indiacakes is that, they deliver even on urgent basis and midnight's and there quality is always at the par. I have even tried their cake delivery services for other cities and the results were very good. Whenever, I am in a hurry or I don't have time to buy cakes or I want to surprise my friends and family on special occasions, I always seek services of Indiacakes.

I ordered but it was not delivered. My money got deducted but not received the order. I paid from my first salary for my little brothers birthday. This money will only bring you sadness. Worst experience. These fake site doesn't allow me to trust delivery sites. I wanted to give 0 stars but that wasn't possible. You will have to pay for your sins.

I ordered a cake for my Mom's birthday. Order was placed 28 for a delivery on 30. On the date of delivery, rather than delivering cake, received email from them asking money for delivery even though theire website says free delivery. Even after paying delivery charge, cake is not delivered even until following day.
Support is hopeless, rather than providing proper response, they hang-up phone. No reply of emails as well.
They will ruin your special occasion, so dont use their services.

I am not concerned about extra charge. Issue is:
(a) They need to transparent about their charges.
(2) Rather than emailing on delivery day asking for additional money, they should have done it straight after the order so it could have been delivered on time.

So far no delivery.

I have placed an order for my mom's birthday. After 14 hours of placing the order, they sent a mail asking for additional payment, as they could not deliver half kg cake to my location. I said them that I don't want to make any additional payment and asked for a refund. No one has responded to my email, it has been 10 days. Even in the chat, the agent said that I will receive a refund email shortly, but it has been 4 days, again no email. Again I contacted the agent, now they are saying they will give a coupon code instead of a refund.
